Description
Claims (7)
- 選択された作動周波数を有しかつ再生用熱交換器を経てパルス管の一方の端部に連結された圧力波発生装置を備え、パルス管の他方の端部はイナータンス管の第1の端部に連結され、選ばれた運転温度を有しかつ選ばれた平均圧力において作動するための作動気体を収容している改良されたパルス管冷却器において、
イナータンス管の反対側の第2の端部に連結された第1の端部を有し更に気密に封鎖された反対側の第2の端部を有する共鳴管であって、共鳴管の運転周波数、温度及び圧力における共鳴管内の動作気体の定在波の1/4波長の奇数整数倍と実質的に等しい長さを有する前記共鳴管を具備するパルス管冷却器。 - 整数の倍数が1である請求項1記載のパルス管冷却器。
- 共鳴管が、単一の一体の管としてイナータンス管と一体に形成され、一体の管の長さが前記波長の実質的に1/2である請求項2記載のパルス管冷却器。
- 一体の管が、多段冷却器の少なくも第2段階である冷却器の低温域におけるパルス管への再生式熱交換器の連結から外向きに間隔を空けられかつそのまわりでコイルにされる請求項3記載のパルス管冷却器。
- コイルが、コイルを通る熱伝導を改良するために熱的に一緒に接合された巻回を有する請求項4記載のパルス管冷却器。
- イナータンス管及び共鳴管が、多段冷却器の少なくも第2段階である冷却器の低温域におけるパルス管への再生式熱交換器の連結から外向きに間隔を空けられかつそのまわりでコイルにされる請求項2記載のパルス管冷却器。
- コイルが、コイルを通る熱伝導を改良するために熱的に一緒に接合された巻回を有する請求項6記載のパルス管冷却器。
