Claims (12)
- 水が流れる電気機器、あるいは汚れた水と共に動作し、水ダクト(30)を有する電気機器のための伝導率測定用のセンサ装置(11)であって、
2つの電極(14a、14b)がセンサキャリア(12)に伝導率測定用のセンサとして設けられ、
それらの2つの電極(14a、14b)が別の部品又は結合回路なしで変圧器(17)と直接接続されており、
前記変圧器(17)は、前記電極(14a、14b)の直近に配置されており、
前記電極(14a、14b)及び前記変圧器(17)は、共通モジュールを形成すると共に、共通のキャリア(12)に置かれ、
前記センサ装置は、細長い又は導管状のセンサハウジング(24)を有し、組立てた状態において、前記電極(14a/14b)は、少なくとも部分的に露出されるか、或いは接触可能となっており、
前記電極(14a、14b)及び前記変圧器(17)は、前記センサハウジング(24)の内部に配置され、前記センサハウジング(24)の後部から突出する終端(13)への電気接続のために、接点バンク(21)が、前記電極(14a、14b)及び前記変圧器(17)のために設けられており、
前記センサハウジング(24)は、平坦な領域(26)とそこに形成された複数の開口部(28a、28b)を有する細長状又は管状のものであり、そこには前記電極(14a、14b)が配置されることを特徴とするセンサ装置。 - 前記変圧器(17)は、前記電極(14a、14b)の直近に配置されていて、前記2つの電極間の間隔と同じ規模の間隔を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記間隔が、数センチの間隔であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記電極(14a、14b)及び前記変圧器(17)は、共通のプリント基板上に置かれ、前記キャリア(12)で導電路として電気接続(15a、15b)が実現されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記電極が前記開口部を閉じるかシールすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記変圧器(17)と前記接点バンク(21)との間に、前記センサ(14a、14b)の起動及び/又は評価をするためのインタフェースとしてバス接続(20)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記接点バンク(21)が、前記電気機器の前記水が流れる領域(30)の外部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記電極(14a、14b)及び前記変圧器(17)のための共通のキャリア(12)に、又は前記センサハウジング(24)内に、マイクロプロセッサ(20)及び任意でその配線が設けられ、前記接点バンク(21)は、前記センサハウジング(24)の外部に、又は前記センサ装置(11)の前記水が流れる領域(30)の外部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記センサハウジング(24)上に、又は前記センサハウジング(24)の内部に、別のセンサ(23)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記別のセンサは、露出されるか、或いは外部から接触可能となることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記電気機器が、洗濯機又は食洗機などの家庭用電気機器であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記電極(14a/14b)又は前記変圧器(17)は、前記電極において前記水の導電率を通じて減衰を測定するために高周波数パルスで起動することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ装置(11)を動作させる方法。
