Claims (5)
- 融点が90〜120℃の範囲内にある酸化型ポリエチレンワックスと、融点が70〜90℃の範囲内にある、マイクロクリスタリンワックス、パラフィンワックス、及びポリエチレンワックスからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種の炭化水素系ワックスとからなるワックスの組合せと、皮膜形成用の合成樹脂とが、エマルジョンの形態において、水に分散せしめられてなり、且つ該ワックスの組合せにおいて、前記酸化型ポリエチレンワックスと前記炭化水素系ワックスとの重量比が、1:1〜5:1であることを特徴とする水性摩擦係数安定剤。
- 前記合成樹脂が、アクリル樹脂、酢酸ビニル樹脂、ウレタン樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、及びアクリル・オレフィン共重合体樹脂からなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水性摩擦係数安定剤。
- 前記ワックスの組合せと前記合成樹脂とが、O/Wエマルジョンの形態で水に分散していることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の水性摩擦係数安定剤。
- 前記ワックスの組合せが、0.5〜15重量%の範囲内において、また前記合成樹脂が、1〜20重量%の範囲内において、それぞれ分散、含有せしめられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか一つに記載の水性摩擦係数安定剤。
- 前記ワックスの組合せ及び前記合成樹脂が、それぞれエマルジョンの形態において用いられ、且つそれらエマルジョンが、水に分散せしめられてなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4の何れか一つに記載の水性摩擦係数安定剤。
