Claims (20)
- 水性液状組成物から食用粒子を調製する方法であって、該組成物がさらに粒子を生成する成分を含有し、該組成物がエマルションであり、該組成物中の水以外の溶媒および食用油と水との重量比が0:1〜1:2であり、かつ、該組成物が超臨界媒体と接触されて水が該粒子を生成する成分から分離され、その結果、階層構造を有する粒子を生成する、方法。
- 該方法が該組成物を超臨界媒体と接触させることによって該組成物から水を除去して、その結果、階層構造を有する乾燥された粒子を生成することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 生成された粒子が、人の消費に不適当である有機溶媒を本質的に含んでいない、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 組成物を超臨界媒体と混合しそして混合物を析出空間中にスプレーすることによって、該組成物が霧化される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
