Description
初めに、本発明の第1の実施形態について説明する。
上述した第1の実施形態では、3Dプローブと心臓の相対位置関係を表していたが、この第2の実施形態に於いては、正しく断層像の走査が行われていない場合に警告するようにしている。
Claims (7)
- 超音波プローブと、
前記超音波プローブを介して被検体内を超音波で3次元ボリュームスキャンにより走査する送受信部と、
前記送受信部から出力される受信信号に基づいて3次元ボリュームデータを生成する信号処理部と、
前記3次元ボリュームデータから、前記3次元ボリュームスキャンの走査範囲内における所定の断面に関する断層像を生成する断層像生成部と、
前記断層像とともに、前記断層像の断面を心臓四腔断面に一致させるために前記超音波プローブを移動することを促すための情報を表示する表示部と、
前記3次元ボリュームデータから、前記所定の断面に対して所定の位置関係にある他の断面に関するストレスエコースコアを計算するストレスエコー処理部とを具備することを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 前記3次元ボリュームデータはストレスエコー法により取得され、前記被検体は心臓であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置。
- 前記断層像生成部は、前記他の断面に関する断層像を前記3次元ボリュームデータから生成し、
前記他の断面に関する断層像は、前記ストレスエコースコアとともに表示されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置。 - 前記所定の断面は前記心臓の長軸断面であり、前記他の断面は前記所定の断面に直交する前記心臓の短軸断面であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の超音波診断装置。
- 前記情報は、文字情報、絵文字情報、ROI情報、発音情報の少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置。
- 前記絵文字情報は、前記心臓に関する絵柄であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の超音波診断装置。
- 前記文字情報、前記絵文字情報、前記ROI情報、前記発音情報の一が選択されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の超音波診断装置。
