Description
The present invention relates to a column base anchor bolt fixing method for fixing a plurality of column base anchor bolts at predetermined positions.
In view of the prior art situations as described above, a plurality of anchor bolts can be accurately fixed, as well as providing an anchor bolt fixing method for self-sustainable pedestal, the weight of the equipment The purpose is to reduce the work load in the installation work and to reduce the position error of the upper part due to shake by improving the stability by lowering the center of gravity as the fixing device.
In the present invention, in order to solve the above-described problem, an installation unit fixed to the ground side, a plurality of sheath tubes installed in a state of being self-supported at a predetermined position only by the installation unit, and an upper interval between the sheath tubes a first template for holding a plurality of anchor bolts to be inserted into the sheath tube, using a second template for holding the top spacing between the anchor bolt cross the plurality of the upper interval between each sheath tube cross In a state where the plurality of sheath tubes are held by the first template and are installed in a predetermined position on the ground side in a state where the plurality of sheath tubes are self-supported only through the installation means, After the hardening material is solidified, anchor bolts are inserted into the sheath tubes, and the upper interval between the anchor bolts is determined by the second template. In lifting condition and a plurality of anchor bolts adopted technical means that fixing by hardening material. Note that the method of supporting the sheath tube by the installation means may be a fixed type or a structure that can be adjusted in height.
According to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) Since the plurality of sheath tubes are installed in a self-supporting state only through installation means fixed to the ground side, and do not depend on other members such as a mold, members other than the installation means are used. Therefore, it is possible to provide a fixing method for anchor bolts for column bases, which is not affected by the above-described effects and has high positional accuracy.
(2) Since the hardened material is placed in the periphery in a state where it is self-supported using a lightweight sheath tube and the anchor bolt is inserted and set after solidifying, the position of the center of gravity as the fixing device is It is relatively long and heavy, and can be significantly lowered compared to an anchor bolt fixing device that incorporates a plurality of column base anchor bolts at the same time. The problem of position error due to deflection derived from the position of the center of gravity and the problem of reinforcement due to braces or the like can be almost solved.
(3) A plurality of anchor bolts can be accurately fixed at intended positions without interfering with the complicated bar arrangement state of the column base.
(4) Since the first template that holds the upper space between the sheath tubes and the second template that holds the upper space between the anchor bolts are used, the positional relationship of the anchor bolt with respect to the sheath tube is accurately determined. Since a hardened layer having a uniform thickness made of a hardened material such as a grout material can be secured around each anchor bolt, a plurality of anchor bolts can be fixed accurately.
(5) Since the installation space for the plurality of anchor bolts is secured using a lightweight sheath tube, the weight of the entire apparatus is large and the conventional column base anchor bolts that are inconvenient to handle are used. The fixing device can be significantly reduced in weight.
The present invention can be widely applied as a fixing method for anchor bolts for column bases of buildings. It can be applied not only to steel structures, reinforced concrete structures, and steel reinforced concrete structures, but also to anchoring methods for anchor bolts for wooden column bases. As the installation means fixed to the ground side, any means may be used as long as it can be installed in a state where a plurality of sheath tubes are self-supporting at a predetermined position, and a combination of angle members as described later is used. In this case, if the height of the sheath tube can be adjusted, the adaptability increases, but a fixed type that cannot be adjusted in height may be used. The sheath tube is formed in a thin cylindrical shape from a metal or an appropriate synthetic resin. If the cylindrical portion is formed on a spiral or wavy uneven surface, it is effective for integration of the hardener inside and outside the sheath tube, but a simple planar shape is also possible. It should be noted that the number of sheath tubes installed may be the same as or more than the number of anchor bolts installed, and there may be some vacancy depending on the case. The first template that holds the upper space between the sheath tubes may be any template that can accurately hold the relative positional relationship between the upper portions of the respective sheath tubes, and does not support heavy objects. Therefore, it can be configured from a flat plate having a small thickness. On the other hand, the correspondence of the second template that holds the upper space between the anchor bolts differs depending on the case. That is, when the anchor bolt is inserted into each sheath tube after the hardened material such as concrete cast around the sheath tube is solidified, the weight of the anchor bolt is supported in the second template in the state where each anchor tube is supported. The insertion form and each anchor bolt are inserted into each sheath tube in advance, the weight is supported by the sheath tube side, and only the relative positional relationship between the upper portions of each anchor bolt is held by the second template. The form to do is possible. Therefore, the strength required for the second template varies greatly depending on whether or not the second template supports the weight of the anchor bolt according to these forms.
Regarding the work procedure after the hardened material such as concrete placed around the sheath tube is solidified, various work modes are possible as follows. (1) Insert the anchor bolts into the respective sheath tubes while being supported by the second template, and then inject a hardening material such as a grout material into the gap between the sheath tube and the anchor bolts to solidify. (2) A curing material is injected into each sheath tube, and the anchor bolt is inserted into each sheath tube while being supported by the second template while the curing material is not solidified. (3) Each anchor bolt is inserted into each sheath tube, and then the upper portion of each anchor bolt is supported by the second template, and then a hardening material is injected into the gap between each sheath tube and the anchor bolt to solidify. Let (4) Insert each anchor bolt into each sheath tube, and then inject a hardening material into the gap between each sheath tube and the anchor bolt. While the hardening material does not solidify, Supported by a second template. (5) A hardening material is injected into each sheath tube, and while the hardening material does not solidify, each anchor bolt is inserted into each sheath tube, and the upper portion of each anchor bolt is supported by the second template. (6) The second template is fixed at a predetermined position on the upper surface of the foundation concrete, and a hardening material is injected into each sheath tube. While the hardening material does not solidify, each anchor bolt is passed through the insertion hole of the second template. Insert into sheath tube. (7) While the hardener is injected into each sheath tube and the hardener does not solidify, the second template is fixed at a predetermined position on the upper surface of the foundation concrete, and then each anchor bolt is inserted into the second template. Insert into each sheath tube through the hole. And in any of the above work procedures, by using the first and second templates, it is possible to secure a hardened layer having a uniform thickness made of a hardened material such as a grout material around each anchor bolt, A plurality of anchor bolts can be fixed accurately at the same time.
