Description

Claims (17)
- 第1及び第2の動作端面を有する略長形圧電部材であって、前記端面は前記圧電部材の長手方向軸に対して略直角に延びる略長形圧電部材と、
前記圧電部材の変位を増幅するための1以上のフレックステンショナル増幅要素を備えるフレーム部材であって、第1及び第2のフレーム端部が前記圧電部材の第1及び第2の動作端面を受容することにより、前記第1及び第2のフレーム端部が前記圧電部材に取り付けられたとき前記圧電部材の長手方向軸に対して略直角に延びるように、1以上のフレックステンショナル増幅要素の各々が前記第1及び第2のフレーム端部と一体となり、かつ前記第1及び第2のフレーム端部を接続する、フレーム部材とを備え、
少なくとも1つの前記フレックステンショナル増幅要素はベース支持手段に設けられ、
キヌタ骨及びアブミ骨のうちの1つに前記圧電部材を固定するため、前記ベース支持手段がクリップ手段に取り付けられる
人体の中耳に埋め込まれる補聴器のための、及びキヌタ骨に対してアブミ骨を動かすためのアクチュエータ。 - 前記圧電部材はd33伸張モード又はd31収縮モードで動作する請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記フレーム部材は、2つのフレックステンショナル増幅要素を備える請求項1又は2のいずれか1つに記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記1以上のフレックステンショナル増幅要素は、前記圧電部材に向けて湾曲する略弓形形状、又は前記圧電部材から離間する方向に湾曲する略弓形形状を有する請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記圧電部材は1以上の圧電素子の積層体を備える請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記フレーム部材の前記一体となった第1及び第2の端部は、前記フレックステンショナル増幅要素の壁厚と略同じ又は大きな厚さを有する請求項1から5に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記フレーム部材の前記一体となった第1及び第2の端部は、前記圧電部材の前記第1及び第2の動作端のための受容及び固定手段を構成するような大きさ及び形状である凹部と共に設けられる請求項1から6に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記フレーム部材の前記一体となった第1及び第2の端部は、折りたたみ式タブと共に各々設けられ、前記折りたたみ式タブの折りたたみは、前記圧電部材の前記第1及び第2の動作端のための受容及び固定手段を生成するための手段を構成する請求項1から6に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記フレーム部材の前記一体となった第1及び第2の端部の各々は、適切な接着手段の形式である固定手段により、前記圧電部材の前記第1及び第2の動作端に固定される請求項1から8に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記クリップ手段は、圧着クリップの形態又はスプリングクリップの形態である請求項1から9に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記クリップ手段は、チタニウム又はチタニウム合金、又は形状記憶特性を用いた形状記憶合金、又は超弾性特性を用いた形状記憶合金から成る請求項1から10に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記アクチュエータは、周辺環境から1以上のその部品を隔離するためのハウジング手段と共に設けられる請求項1から11に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記ハウジング手段は筐体又は膜の形式である請求項12に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記ハウジング手段はプラスチックから成る請求項12又は13に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記アクチュエータは、周辺環境から1以上のその部品を隔離するためのコーティング手段と共に設けられる請求項11に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記アクチュエータは、周辺環境から1以上のその部品を隔離するためのカバー手段と共に設けられる請求項11に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 第1及び第2の動作端面を有する略長形圧電部材を設けるステップであって、前記圧電部材の長手方向軸に対して略直角に前記端面が広がるステップと、
前記圧電部材の変位を増幅するため、1以上のフレックステンショナル増幅要素を備えるフレーム部材を設けるステップと、
前記圧電部材と前記フレーム部材とを組み立てるステップとを備え、
前記フレックステンショナル増幅要素は、第1及び第2のフレーム端部と一体となり、かつ第1及び第2のフレーム端部を接続し、前記第1及び第2のフレーム端部は、前記第1及び第2のフレーム端部が前記圧電部材の第1及び第2の動作端面を受容することにより、前記圧電部材に取り付けられたとき、前記圧電部材の長手方向軸に対して略直角に延び、
少なくとも1つの前記フレックステンショナル増幅要素は、キヌタ骨及びアブミ骨の1つに前記圧電部材を固定するためのクリップ手段に取り付けられるベース支持手段に設けられる、
