Claims (12)
- 連続的流量を有する第1回路(17)および断続的流量を有する第2回路(19)のそれぞれ2個の回路によって供給される2個の同軸燃料霧化システムを備える型式の、燃焼チャンバ用多モード燃料噴射器であって、霧化ヘッドを備え、前記第2回路が周縁に沿って一定間隔に分配された複数の燃料噴出オリフィス(31)を穿孔した環状分配チャンバ(30)に接続され、前記第1回路が、その冷却のために、前記分配チャンバに隣接する少なくとも1個の通路部分(86)を備えることを特徴とする、燃料噴射器。
- 前記通路部分(86)が、前記分配チャンバ(30)に対して径方向外側に配置された外部環状部分と、前記分配チャンバに対して径方向内側に配置された内部環状部分とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 2個の環状部分が直列に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記分配チャンバが2個の別々に供給される対称部分を備え、2個の内部および外部環状部分が各々前記2個の対称部分に隣接した2個の分岐をそれぞれ備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記内部環状部分の2個の分岐と前記外部環状部分の2個の分岐が、分配チャンバの2個の対称部分の間に配置された径方向通路(87)によって連絡することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記霧化ヘッドが、溝(45、47、48)が刻まれて前記分配チャンバと前記第1回路の前記通路部分を画定する環状本体(39)と、前記溝を覆う環状フランジ(41)とを備え、前記燃料噴出オリフィスが前記フランジに設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記溝が、前記環状本体の粗鋳造体に電気浸食を1回行うことによって得られることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記環状本体(39)が、それぞれ前記第1回路と前記第2回路に属する2個の同軸通路(17a、19a)が配置された噴射器アーム(21)の端部に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記霧化ヘッドが、前記第1回路によって供給されるように接続された軸状燃料噴出ノズル(27)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記霧化ヘッドが前記第1回路によって供給されるように接続された軸状燃料噴出ノズル(27)を備え、前記ノズルが前記環状本体の内部に取り付けられた中心部品(75)に装着されて、空気渦流偏向器の翼を画定することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の複数の多モード燃料噴射器を備えることを特徴とする、燃焼チャンバ。
- 請求項11に記載の燃焼チャンバを備えることを特徴とする、ジェットエンジン。
