Claims (10)
- 少なくとも2個の同軸燃料霧化システムを備える型式の燃焼チャンバ用多モード燃料噴射器であって、周辺の霧化システムが、周縁に沿って一定間隔で分配された複数の燃料噴出オリフィス(31)に連絡する環状分配チャンバ(30)を有する分配器と、前記複数の噴出オリフィスに対して径方向に外側に取り付けられた環状空気渦流偏向器(33)とを備え、前記偏向器が、周縁に沿って一定間隔に配置された空気噴出チャネル(36)を画定して前記噴出オリフィスから来る燃料ジェットに向かって空気を導く翼を備え、噴出オリフィスによって画定される燃料噴出軸の各々に対して対応する空気噴出チャネルが存在して、少なくともその径方向に最も内側の部分がこの燃料噴出軸に実質上交差する中心線(M)を有することを特徴とする、燃料噴射器。
- 燃料噴出オリフィス(31)の数が、空気噴出チャネル(36)の数に等しいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 空気噴出チャネルの数が、燃料噴出オリフィスの数の倍数であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記環状偏向器が、それぞれ上流と下流に、その円錐形が下流に向かって導かれる2個の同軸の内部の切形壁(51a、53a)を備え、前記環状分配チャンバが、前記オリフィスが設けられる切形壁を備え、この切形壁の外部面が、前記環状偏向器の前記上流壁の内部面に平行な、または合流する母線を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記外部面および内部面の円錐の半頂角が45°〜80°の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記偏向器の上流壁が内部の円筒状領域(55)を備え、ここに前記分配器に一致する直径を有する球状領域(57)が嵌合されることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記分配器が、円筒状領域を有する2個の環状部品(39、41)から構成され、互いに嵌合してこれらの間に前記環状チャンバを画定することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 軸状燃料噴出ノズル(27)を備える他の霧化システムに、このノズルの周囲に配置された他の空気渦流偏向器(75)と、2個の逆回転する渦流器(90a、91a)を画定する2個の軸状に組み立てられた環状案内(90、91)とが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の多モード燃料噴射器を複数備えることを特徴とする、燃焼チャンバ。
- 請求項9に記載の燃焼チャンバを備えることを特徴とする、ジェットエンジン。
