Claims (8)
- 樹脂フィルム成膜の工程紙として使用される剥離シートであって、
ポリプロピレン基材層と、
前記ポリプロピレン基材層の上に設けられた、高分子系の帯電防止剤を含む艶消し樹脂層と、
前記ポリプロピレン基材層と前記艶消し樹脂層との間に設けられた中間層とを備えた剥離シート。 - 前記艶消し樹脂層は、ポリプロピレン系樹脂にポリエチレン系樹脂を添加することにより形成されている請求項1に記載の剥離シート。
- 前記艶消し樹脂層の表面の中心線平均粗さは、0.25〜1.0Raにされている請求項1又は2に記載の剥離シート。
- 前記ポリプロピレン基材の中心線平均粗さは、0.2Ra未満にされている請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の剥離シート。
- 総厚みが30〜200μmにされている請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の剥離シート。
- 前記高分子系帯電防止剤は、前記艶消し樹脂層中に10〜30重量%含まれる請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の剥離シート。
- 前記中間層はプロピレン−エチレンランダム共重合体を含み、
前記ポリプロピレン基材はプロピレン単独重合体を含む請求項1に記載の剥離シート。 - 被加工部材にポリウレタン膜を被覆して加工する方法であって、
請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の剥離シートの上に、ポリウレタンを塗工して成膜し、ポリウレタン膜付き剥離シートを形成する工程と、
前記ポリウレタン膜付き剥離シートのポリウレタン膜側に接着層を形成する工程と、
前記被加工部材と前記ポリウレタン膜付き剥離シートとを、前記ポリウレタン膜側が前記被加工部材に接触するように張り合わせ、これらを前記接着層を介して接着して一体化物を形成する工程と、
前記被加工部材の上に前記ポリウレタン膜を残すように、前記一体化物から前記剥離シートを分離する工程と、を備えたポリウレタン膜の被覆方法。
