Description
図1に示すように、本実施形態の締結具は、金属製のボルト1と、金属製のカラーボルト2と、金属製のアジャストナット3と、樹脂製のホルダ4と、金属製のナット5とから構成されている。ここでは、ホルダ4、ナット5が固定される部材を第1部材P1、ボルト1が挿入される側の部材を第2部材P2(図1では省略)と呼ぶこととする。

Claims (4)
- 離間した第1部材と第2部材とを相互の間隔を維持したまま締結する締結具であって、第1部材に固定されたナットと、このナットと同一軸線上で第1部材に固定されたホルダと、このホルダ内に回転不能であるが軸線方向に移動可能に保持されたアジャストナットと、第2部材側から第1部材に向けて挿入されるボルトと、このボルトの雄ねじ部にトルク伝達手段を介して仮止め螺合されたカラーボルトとからなり、このカラーボルトは外周にアジャストナットに螺合する雄ねじ部を備え、カラーボルトの先端を第1部材に着座させたうえで更に回転させることにより、アジャストナットを第2部材に当たる位置まで移動させる機能を有することを特徴とする締結具。
- 全てのネジ部が右ねじであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の締結具。
- ホルダが、第1部材の取付孔に係合されるクリップ爪を備えたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の締結具。
- カラーボルトの雄ねじ部が、第2部材に近い頭部側に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の締結具。
