Description
ここで、上記吐出バルブ62が開閉されて振動が上記吐出バルブスプリング64を通して上記吐出バルブサポーター68に伝えられて所定の外力が作用すると、上記メーン突起72a,72b,72cが弾性的に変形して上記外力を緩衝することができる。これにより、上記吐出バルブ62により発生した振動及び騷音が吐出キャップ66を通して他の構成部品に伝えられることを低減し得る。
Claims (10)
- シリンダーの内部を往復運動するピストンにより圧縮された冷媒が吐出されるリニア圧縮機の吐出バルブアセンブリーにおいて、
上記シリンダーの一端に開閉可能に設置された吐出バルブと、
上記シリンダーの一端に固定設置されるが、上記シリンダー及び上記吐出バルブを覆う吐出キャップと、
直径の小さい一端と直径の大きい他端とを有し、上記吐出バルブと上記吐出キャップ間に設置され、冷媒の圧力により上記吐出バルブが開閉されるように直径の小さい一端で吐出バルブを弾性的に支持する吐出バルブスプリングと、
上記吐出キャップの内周面に接触するメーン突起及び上記吐出キャップの内周面と間隔をおいて形成された補助突起を各々外周面に備え、上記吐出バルブスプリングの直径の大きい他端を支持した状態で上記吐出キャップの内側に設置され、上記吐出バルブスプリングからの外力を受けることにより、上記メーン突起が上記吐出キャップの内周面に押し付けられて上記メーン突起が弾性的に変形し、吐出バルブに過度な外力が加えられたときは上記補助突起が上記吐出キャップの内周面に選択的に接触する吐出バルブサポーターと、
を含むことを特徴とするリニア圧縮機の吐出バルブアセンブリー。 - 上記吐出バルブサポーターは外周面に各々点対称する位置に形成された複数個の上記メーン突起及び上記補助突起を備えることを特徴とする請求項1項に記載のリニア圧縮機の吐出バルブアセンブリー。
- 上記吐出バルブサポーターは外周面に上記メーン突起及び上記補助突起が複数個備えられて、間隔をおいて交互に備えられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のリニア圧縮機の吐出バルブアセンブリー。
- 上記メーン突起及び上記補助突起は、上記吐出バルブサポーターの軸方向に長く形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のリニア圧縮機の吐出バルブアセンブリー。
- 上記吐出バルブサポーターは軟性材質からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載のリニア圧縮機の吐出バルブアセンブリー。
- 上記吐出バルブサポーターは断面が「L字状」であるリング形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載のリニア圧縮機の吐出バルブアセンブリー。
- 上記吐出バルブサポーターは断面が「L字状」である開いたリング形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載のリニア圧縮機の吐出バルブアセンブリー。
- 上記メーン突起及び補助突起は一定のパターンをなし、上記パターンは、各々120゜回転対称をなすことを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載のリニア圧縮機の吐出バルブアセンブリー。
- 上記吐出バルブサポーターは上記吐出キャップの内周面と間隔がお互いに異なる二以上の大きさを有する補助突起を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載のリニア圧縮機の吐出バルブアセンブリー。
- 上記吐出バルブサポーターの外径が吐出キャップの内径より大きく、前記吐出バルブサポータが円周方向で一部区間を切開して開いたリング形状に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載のリニア圧縮機の吐出バルブアセンブリー。
