Description
本発明は直接加熱装置又はシステムの始動方法に関する。
米国特許公告第2004/0033455号には燃焼室を、吸熱反応のため、反応室と直接熱接触させる一体化燃焼反応器が記載されている。更に、260〜290℃に予熱したプロセス反応剤、160〜170℃に予熱した燃焼空気、及び装置の外で予熱しなかった水素の燃料流を用いて装置を始動させることが記載されている。
図1Bは、本発明始動方法の主題である3管型無炎燃焼装置の実施態様を表す簡略図である。
図2は、本発明始動方法の主題である4管型無炎燃焼装置を表す簡略図である。

本発明始動方法の一実施態様では、それぞれ燃料導入帯108、燃焼帯110及びプロセス帯112を画定する燃料管102、燃焼管104及びプロセス管106を備えた3管型無炎燃焼装置100を供給する工程を必要とする。
本発明始動方法の他の一実施態様では、それぞれ燃料導入帯210、燃焼帯212、酸化剤導入帯214及びプロセス帯216を画定する燃料管202、燃焼管204、酸化剤導入管206及びプロセス管208を備えた4管型無炎燃焼装置200を供給する工程を必要とする。

Claims (18)
- 熱酸化剤流体を、燃料導入帯と、燃焼帯と、該燃焼帯と熱交換関係にあるプロセス帯とを備えた直接加熱システムの燃焼帯に、直接加熱システムの温度を所望温度に上げるのに充分な暖機時間、通す工程、水蒸気をプロセス帯に、直接加熱システムの温度を第二の所望温度に調節するのに充分な第二時間、通す工程、及び該所望温度及び第二所望温度に達した後、燃料含有燃料流体を燃料導入帯に通す工程を含む直接加熱システムの始動方法。
- 前記所望温度及び第二所望温度に達した後、プロセス帯への水蒸気の通過を停止する工程、及びプロセス流体含有プロセス流をプロセス帯に通す工程を更に含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 燃料流体が或る割合の水蒸気を更に含む請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 燃料流体中の前記割合の水蒸気を減らす工程を更に含む請求項3に記載の方法。
- プロセス流が、或る量の水蒸気を更に含む請求項2に記載の方法。
- プロセス流中の前記或る量の水蒸気を減らす工程を更に含む請求項5に記載の方法。
- 熱酸化剤流体を、燃料導入帯と、燃焼帯と、該燃焼帯と熱交換関係にあるプロセス帯とを備えた直接加熱システムの燃焼帯に、直接加熱システムの温度を所望温度に上げるのに充分な暖機時間、通す工程、該所望温度に達した後、プロセス流体含有プロセス流をプロセス帯に、直接加熱システムの温度を第二の所望温度に上げるのに充分な第二時間、通す工程、及び該第二所望温度に達した後、燃料含有燃料流体を燃料導入帯に通す工程を含む直接加熱システムの始動方法。
- プロセス流が、或る量の水蒸気を更に含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 燃料流体が或る割合の水蒸気を更に含む請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
- 燃料流体中の前記或る割合の水蒸気を減らす工程を更に含む請求項9に記載の方法。
- プロセス流中の前記或る量の水蒸気を減らす工程を更に含む請求項8に記載の方法。
- 熱酸化剤流体を、燃料導入帯と、燃焼帯と、該燃焼帯と熱交換関係にあるプロセス帯とを備えた直接加熱システムの燃焼帯に、直接加熱システムの温度を所望温度に上げるのに充分な暖機時間、通す工程、該所望温度に達した後、水蒸気をプロセス帯に、直接加熱システムの温度を第二の所望温度に上げるのに充分な第二時間、通す工程、及び該所望温度及び第二所望温度に達した後、燃料含有燃料流体を燃料導入帯に通す工程を含む直接加熱システムの始動方法。
- プロセス流体含有プロセス流をプロセス帯に導入する工程を更に含む請求項12に記載の方法。
- プロセス流が、或る量の水蒸気を更に含む請求項13に記載の方法。
- 燃料流体が、或る割合の水蒸気を更に含む請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- プロセス流中の前記或る量の水蒸気を減らす工程を更に含む請求項14に記載の方法。
- 燃料流体中の前記或る割合の水蒸気を減らす工程を更に含む請求項15に記載の方法。
- 燃料導入帯と、燃焼帯と、該燃焼帯と熱交換関係にあるプロセス帯とを備えた直接加熱装置を供給する工程、該燃焼帯に燃料流体を導入する前に、高温の酸化剤流体を燃焼帯に、直接加熱装置の温度を所望温度に上げるのに充分な暖機時間、通す工程、過熱水蒸気をプロセス帯に通す工程、燃料流体を燃料導入帯に導入する前に、水蒸気を燃料導入帯に通す工程、燃料流体を漸増量で、水蒸気と共に燃料導入帯に所望の燃料流体導入量まで導入し、次いで該水蒸気の燃料導入帯通過を停止する工程、及びプロセス流体を該過熱水蒸気と共に燃料導入帯に通した後、該過熱水蒸気のプロセス帯通過を停止する工程を含む直接加熱装置の始動方法。
