Description
前記第2歯車を、前記第1歯車に噛合させた状態でその回転軸方向に沿って複数回変位させる工程と、
各変位位置で実測伝達誤差を測定し、前記第2歯車の変位距離と前記実測伝達誤差との関係をプロットする工程と、
前記実測伝達誤差から、該実測伝達誤差同士の間の仮想伝達誤差を評価する工程と、
最大許容伝達誤差から前記実測伝達誤差及び前記仮想伝達誤差を差し引いて差分を求める工程と、
前記差分を前記第2歯車の変位距離で積分することで、前記差分と前記最大許容伝達誤差とで囲まれる部分の面積を求める工程と、
前記部分を所定の面積比で分割するとともに、前記分割を行う分割線が前記第2歯車の変位距離と交わる交点を前記第2歯車の噛合位置に設定する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 第1歯車と、前記第1歯車に噛合して且つ該第1歯車の回転運動を該第1歯車の回転軸の延在方向とは別の方向に伝達する第2歯車とを有するハイポイドギヤの噛合位置調整方法であって、
前記第2歯車を、前記第1歯車に噛合させた状態でその回転軸方向に沿って複数回変位させる工程と、
各変位位置で実測伝達誤差を測定し、前記第2歯車の変位距離と前記実測伝達誤差との関係をプロットする工程と、
前記実測伝達誤差から、該実測伝達誤差同士の間の仮想伝達誤差を評価する工程と、
最大許容伝達誤差から前記実測伝達誤差及び前記仮想伝達誤差を差し引いて差分を求める工程と、
前記差分を前記第2歯車の変位距離で積分することで、前記差分と前記最大許容伝達誤差とで囲まれる部分の面積を求める工程と、
前記部分を所定の面積比で分割するとともに、前記分割を行う分割線が前記第2歯車の変位距離と交わる交点を前記第2歯車の噛合位置に設定する工程と、
を有することを特徴とするハイポイドギヤの噛合位置調整方法。 - 請求項1記載の噛合位置調整方法において、前記部分を種々の面積比で分割したときの各分割線が前記第2歯車の変位距離と交わる交点を前記第2歯車の噛合位置として複数個のハイポイドギヤにつき合否判定を行って合格率が90%以上となる面積比を求め、この面積比を前記所定の面積比として前記第2歯車の噛合位置を設定することを特徴とするハイポイドギヤの噛合位置調整方法。
- 請求項2記載の噛合位置調整方法において、ハイポイドギヤを実使用状態として合格率が90%以上となる面積比を求めることを特徴とするハイポイドギヤの噛合位置調整方法。
