Claims (17)
- バルブ組立体において、
オリフィスを含むバルブ本体と、
前記バルブ本体に受け入れられ、軸線に沿って前記オリフィスに関して移動自在であり、前記バルブ本体の前記オリフィスに面した端壁を有するカップが一端に設けられた、バルブ部材と、
前記カップの前記端壁から前記オリフィスに向かって延びる支点と、
前記バルブ部材の前記カップに受け入れられて前記支点に当たり、前記バルブ本体の前記オリフィスと向き合っており、前記バルブ部材が前記軸線に沿って前記オリフィスに向かって移動すると、前記バルブ本体と接触して前記オリフィスをシールするプラグと、
前記バルブ部材の前記端部に固定された外部分と、前記プラグを前記カップ内に保持する可撓性アームとを有する平らなばねであって、前記プラグが前記支点を中心として関節連結して前記バルブ本体に関して適切に整合し、前記バルブ部材が前記軸線に沿って前記オリフィスに向かって移動したとき、前記プラグが前記オリフィスを完全にシールするようにする、前記平らなばねと、を備え、前記平らなばねはクランプリングにより前記バルブ部材の前記端部に固定され、
更に、前記バルブ本体に固定されていて前記オリフィスを形成する弁座を含み、前記弁座は、前記バルブ部材を前記軸線に沿って前記弁座に向かって移動したとき、前記弁座の平らな着座面が、前記平らなばね及び前記クランプリングの中央開口部を通って延び、前記プラグの平らな着座面と接触し、前記オリフィスをシールするようになっており且つそのように大きさが定められている、バルブ組立体。 - 請求項1に記載のバルブ組立体において、
前記バルブ部材は、前記カップの前記端部にソケットを有し、前記支点は、前記バルブ部材の前記ソケットに受け入れられた球形のボールであり、前記ボールは、前記ボールの一部が前記カップ内に延びるように大きさが定められている、バルブ組立体。 - 請求項1に記載のバルブ組立体において、
前記弁座及び前記プラグは、剛性の不透過性非金属材料で形成されている、バルブ組立体。 - 請求項3に記載のバルブ組立体において、
前記弁座及び前記プラグは、サファイヤで形成されている、バルブ組立体。 - 請求項4に記載のバルブ組立体において、
前記球形のボールはルビーで形成されている、バルブ組立体。 - 請求項3に記載のバルブ組立体において、
前記バルブ本体は、周囲台座を含み、該台座に前記弁座がプレス嵌めされている、バルブ組立体。 - 請求項3に記載のバルブ組立体において、
前記弁座及び前記プラグは、平らな着座面を有し、これらの着座面は、前記バルブ部材の前記軸線に対して全体に垂直方向に延びる、バルブ組立体。 - 請求項7に記載のバルブ組立体において、
前記着座面は研磨してある、バルブ組立体。 - 請求項1に記載のバルブ組立体において、
前記バルブ本体及び前記バルブ部材は、ステンレス鋼製である、バルブ組立体。 - 請求項1に記載のバルブ組立体において、
前記平らなばねは、前記バルブ部材の前記端部にねじで固定されている、バルブ組立体。 - 請求項1に記載のバルブ組立体において、
前記バルブ部材の前記端部は、前記平らなばねを受け入れる連続した隆起部を含み、前記クランプリングは前記平らなばねを前記側壁の前記連続した隆起部に当てて固定する連続した隆起部を含む、バルブ組立体。 - 請求項1に記載のバルブ組立体において、更に、
前記バルブ部材の前記端部と前記平らなばねとの間に位置決めされたスペーサリングを含む、バルブ組立体。 - 請求項1に記載のバルブ組立体において、
前記平らなばねの前記外部分は環状であり、前記平らなばねは少なくとも三つの可撓性アームを含み、これらのアームは、前記環状外部分から前記バルブ部材の前記軸線に向かって半径方向内方に延びている、バルブ組立体。 - 請求項1に記載のバルブ組立体において、
前記プラグは円筒形である、バルブ組立体。 - 請求項1に記載のバルブ組立体において、更に、
前記バルブ部材に固定された磁性体製のアーマチュアと、
前記アーマチュアを同軸に取り囲み且つ前記軸線に沿って延び、賦勢されたときに前記バルブ部材を前記アーマチュアによって前記軸線に沿って移動させる、電気ソレノイド捲線とを含む、バルブ組立体。 - 請求項1に記載のバルブ組立体において、更に、
前記バルブ本体と前記バルブ部材との間に固定されており、前記バルブ部材を前記オリフィスに関して押圧する戻しばねを含む、バルブ組立体。 - 請求項1に記載のバルブ組立体を含む流れ制御装置において、更に、
前記バルブ本体の前記オリフィスに連結された流路と、
前記流路を通る流れを感知するための流れセンサ組立体と、
制御デバイスとを含み、この制御デバイスは、
使用者入力デバイスから所望の流量を受け取り、
前記流れセンサ組立体から流れの表示を受け取り、
前記流路を通る実際の流量を決定し、
実際の流量が所望の流量よりも少ない場合には、前記バルブ組立体の前記バルブ部材を前記オリフィスから遠ざかる方向に移動させて前記オリフィスを通る流れを増大し、
実際の流量が所望の流量よりも多い場合には、前記バルブ部材を前記オリフィスに向かって移動させ、流れを減少するようにプログラムされている、流れ制御装置。
