− R3及びR4は、同一又は異なりそして1から4個の炭素原子を含む線状又は分枝状の飽和又は不飽和脂肪族基を表し、
− R5は、同一又は異なりそして1から6個の炭素原子を含みしかもこれらの炭素原子の少なくとも一つは適切ならヒドロキシ基により置換されている線状又は分枝状の飽和又は不飽和脂肪族基であり、
− Y-は、SO3 -又はCOO-基であり、
− Zは、同一又は異なりそしてSO3 -若しくはCOO-又はOH基である〕
の生成物から選ばれた両性界面活性剤、

Claims (12)
- 舗装用組成物であって、
i)舗装用組成物の全重量に基づいて0.5から30重量%の瀝青乳剤、しかも該瀝青乳剤は
a.瀝青乳剤の全重量に基づいて0.1から3重量%の、式(I)又は(II)
− R1は、6から24個の炭素原子を有する線状又は分枝状の飽和又は不飽和脂肪族基を表し、
− R2は、2から6個の炭素原子を有する線状又は分枝状の飽和又は不飽和脂肪族基であり、
− R3及びR4は、同一又は異なりそして1から4個の炭素原子を含む線状又は分枝状の飽和又は不飽和脂肪族基を表し、
− R5は、同一又は異なりそして1から6個の炭素原子を有する線状又は分枝状の飽和又は不飽和脂肪族基であり、
− Y-は、SO3 -又はCOO-基であり、
− Zは、同一又は異なりそしてSO3 -若しくはCOO-又はOH基である〕
の生成物から選ばれた両性界面活性剤、
b.瀝青乳剤の全重量に基づいて30から95重量%の瀝青、及び
c.瀝青乳剤の全重量が100重量%になる瀝青乳剤中の残余の水で構成されており、
ii)舗装用組成物の全重量に基づいて70から99.5重量%の骨材、および
iii)舗装用組成物が100重量%になる舗装用組成物中の残余の水(但し、水の下限量は舗装用組成物の全重量に基づいて0.01重量%とする。)
で構成された組成物。 - − R2は、2から6個の炭素原子を有ししかもこれらの炭素原子の少なくとも一つはヒドロキシ基により置換されている線状又は分枝状の飽和又は不飽和脂肪族基である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- − R5は、同一又は異なりそして1から6個の炭素原子を含みしかもこれらの炭素原子の少なくとも一つはヒドロキシ基により置換されている線状又は分枝状の飽和又は不飽和脂肪族基である、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- iii)水が、舗装用組成物の全重量に基づいて1から15重量%の間の量である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 瀝青乳剤が舗装用組成物の全重量に基づいて2と15重量%の間の量であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 骨材が舗装用組成物の全重量に基づいて85から98重量%の間の量であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 両性界面活性剤が瀝青乳剤中に瀝青乳剤の全重量に基づいて0.5から1.5重量%の間の量であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 瀝青が瀝青乳剤中に瀝青乳剤の全重量に基づいて45と80重量%の間の量であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 式(I)及び(II)において、R1がヤシ油由来の脂肪族基の混合物を表すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- R2が3個の飽和炭素を有する線状基を表すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- R3及び/又はR4及び/又はR5がメチル又はエチル基を表すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 両性界面活性剤がココアミドプロピルベタイン若しくはココアミドプロピルヒドロキシスルタイン又はココアンホアセテートナトリウム塩であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
