Claims (8)
- 多数の有窓部を画定する実質的にチューブ形状の骨組構造体を含んでなる、体の導管用の自己拡張型生体吸収性支持体であって、該骨組構造体は連続しており、フィラメント状でなく、ブレイドされたものでもなく、織り交ぜたものでもなく、該骨組構造体は非ブレンドの加水分解性コポリマー材料から作られ、該骨組構造体は外から与えた力を必要とせずかつ該コポリマー材料の熱転移を必要とせずに、37℃の水性媒体に浸漬しながら圧縮力を付与及び解放した後2分以内に、圧縮された第1の直径から該第1の直径の1.5倍以上の圧縮されていない第2の直径へと半径方向に拡張し、該骨組構造体の軸長さが、該骨組構造体の圧縮後または半径方向への拡張後に変化しない、自己拡張型生体吸収性支持体。
- 前記有窓部がレーザーカットされている、請求項1に記載の自己拡張型生体吸収性支持体。
- 前記非ブレンドの加水分解性コポリマー材料が、ポリ(グリコリド)とポリ(トリメチレンカーボネート)とのトリブロックコポリマーである、請求項1に記載の自己拡張型生体吸収性支持体。
- 前記コポリマー材料と組み合わせた薬剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の自己拡張型生体吸収性支持体。
- 前記薬剤が生理活性物質である、請求項4に記載の自己拡張型生体吸収性支持体。
- 前記薬剤が非生理活性物質である、請求項4に記載の自己拡張型生体吸収性支持体。
- 前記非生理活性物質が放射線不透過性である、請求項6に記載の自己拡張型生体吸収性支持体。
- 前記生理活性物質がデキサメサゾンである、請求項5に記載の自己拡張型生体吸収性支持体。
