Description
再生処理を施した使用済みSNプレート(A)及び再生処理を施さない使用済みSNプレート(B)のそれぞれについて、見掛け気孔率、平均気孔径、及び、圧縮強さの測定を行った。見掛け気孔率は、JIS R2205に基づいて測定した。平均気孔径は、直径10mm×高さ20mmのサイズに切り出した試験片の数個について、水銀圧入法を用いて気孔径分布を測定し、その結果からメディアン径(直径)として求めた。圧縮強さは、JIS R2206−1に基づいて測定した。その結果を、表2にまとめて示す。

Claims (2)
- 使用済みスライディングノズルプレートの耐火物層にタールまたはピッチを含浸させる含浸工程と、
タールまたはピッチを含浸させた前記使用済みスライディングノズルプレートを加熱し、タールまたはピッチから揮発成分を除去する加熱工程と、
前記加熱工程より後に行われる、前記使用済みスライディングノズルプレートの貫通孔の周縁部を切削し前記貫通孔を拡大させる孔縁切削工程と
を具備することを特徴とするスライディングノズルプレートの再生方法。 - 前記耐火物層は、炭素質耐火煉瓦であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスライディングノズルプレートの再生方法。
