Claims (7)
- タービンおよび後処理装置を介してICエンジンからの排気ガスの流れを導く排気ダクト、過給コンプレッサを介してICエンジンへ吸気を導く吸気ダクト、前記後処理装置の下流の点で前記排気ダクトを前記コンプレッサの上流の点で前記吸気ダクトに接続するEGRダクトを含むICエンジン用のEGR装置であって、
前記EGRダクトに沿ったEGRクーラおよび容積型コンプレッサと、
前記容積型コンプレッサを駆動する電動機と、
前記ICエンジンの作動パラメータによって、EGR流量要求に応答して前記電動機を制御する制御手段と
を備え、
前記制御手段が、前記電動機と前記容積型コンプレッサのモデルに基づいて、前記容積型コンプレッサの抵抗トルクを推定する状態オブザーバを有することを特徴とするEGR装置。 - 前記電動機が、電機子電圧を変更することにより速度制御されるDCモータであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のEGR装置。
- 前記制御手段が、過渡的電圧において、電圧変化と同一の方向への電圧オーバーシューティングを生じさせる制御電圧補償器を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のEGR装置。
- 前記制御電圧補償器が、ゼロ点および1つの極を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のEGR装置。
- 前記制御手段が、モデルベースフィードフォーワード制御手段およびフィードバック制御手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載のEGR装置。
- 前記フィードバック制御手段がPIタイプのものであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のEGR装置。
- 前記フィードバック制御手段がPIDタイプのものであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のEGR装置。
