Claims (7)
- カテーテルと、
第1の端部と、第2の端部と、中央部分と、前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部との間に延びる長手方向通路とを有する管状本体と、
前記長手方向通路に配置されたバルブと、
を有するカテーテルポート組立体であって、
前記管状本体の前記第2の端部は、カテーテルルーメン内に挿入されて前記カテーテルルーメンと係合するように構成された少なくとも1つのバーブを有し、
前記管状本体の中央部分は、前記カテーテルルーメンの外径よりも大きい外径を有し、
前記第2の端部は、さらに、前記カテーテルルーメンが前記管状本体の第2の端部上に接続されたときに前記カテーテルルーメンと係合して、前記第2の端部と前記カテーテルルーメンとの接続部を包囲するように構成された通路を有する末端カバーを備え、当該末端カバーは、前記管状本体の中央部分の外径とほぼ同じ外径を有する基端部に向けて概ねテーパ状に形成されて、前記カテーテルルーメンの外径部と前記管状本体の中央部分との間に漸進的な遷移部分を提供し、
前記第2の端部は、患者の皮下トンネルの出口から外側に延びる前記カテーテルの一部に前記カテーテルポート組立体を接続した後、前記トンネルの出口内に部分的に挿入されるように構成されている、
カテーテルポート組立体。 - 前記末端カバーは、さらに、前記皮下トンネルの出口に隣接する前記患者の皮下組織と協力して前記皮下トンネル内に前記末端カバーを部分的に保持するために、前記末端カバーの外表面から外方へ突出する少なくとも1つの保持用頭部を有する、請求項1に記載のカテーテルポート組立体。
- 前記末端カバーは、さらに、前記皮下トンネル内で前記カテーテルポート組立体と前記カテーテルルーメンとの接続を少なくとも部分的に保持するために少なくとも1つの保持用頭部の基端側に丸められた窪みを有する、請求項2に記載のカテーテルポート組立体。
- 前記末端カバーの通路の基端部分は、前記カテーテルポート組立体の末端部分の対応する拡張部と摩擦係合するように拡大形成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のカテーテルポート組立体。
- 前記ポート本体の基端部は、相補的なルアーコネクタに取り外し可能に接続されるルアー接続部を有し、ねじ締めされる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のカテーテルポート組立体。
- 前記カテーテルは、さらに、前記末端カバーが前記皮下トンネルの出口内に部分的に位置するまで前記カテーテルの端部を前記皮下トンネルの出口内に引き戻すために、前記皮下トンネルを通り且つ前記皮下トンネルの入口を越えて延在する縫合糸によって前記ポート本体の末端部に接続されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のカテーテルポート組立体。
- 前記末端カバーの少なくとも1つの保持用頭部が螺旋状である、請求項2に記載のカテーテルポート組立体。
