Description
[実施例]
本実施例に係る三相乾式変圧器1の全体斜視図を図1に示す。図2は三相乾式変圧器1を正面視した概略構成図であり、図3は図2のA−A'線の断面図である。三相乾式変圧器1は、図1〜図3に示すように、3台の単相乾式絶縁変圧器2と、各単相乾式絶縁変圧器2において変圧された2次側電圧を出力する出力部3と、各単相乾式絶縁変圧器2に対して一次側電圧を入力する入力部4と、単相乾式絶縁変圧器2等を収納する外装ケース5とを有している。
上記の構成において、三相乾式変圧器1の作製方法を説明する。
図4に示すように、先ず、平角銅線を円筒形に巻き上げて、次にその外周を絶縁された銅箔からなるシールド板9で覆い、そしてその周囲を耐電圧に応じた樹脂厚みを確保した金型34を製作する。この金型34内に樹脂を真空注入した後、加熱硬化を行うことによって、第1樹脂層8で全体を被覆された2次巻線6およびシールド板9を形成する。
以上のように、本実施例の三相乾式変圧器1は、図2および図3に示すように、樹脂モールドされた2次巻線6と、その2次巻線6の外側に絶縁された1次巻線7とを同心円状に配置して形成された3台の単相乾式絶縁変圧器2を三角配置し、これら各単相乾式絶縁変圧器2の2次巻線6の引出部を三角配置した領域内に集約して樹脂で固定した構成にされている。

Claims (3)
- 第1の樹脂でモールドされた2次巻線と、該2次巻線の外側に絶縁された1次巻線とを同心円状に配置して形成された3台の単相乾式絶縁変圧器を三角配置した三相乾式変圧器であって、
前記3台の単相乾式絶縁変圧器は、各単相乾式絶縁変圧器の前記1次および2次巻線の巻軸方向が互いに平行となる状態で三角配置されており、
前記3台の単相乾式絶縁変圧器の2次巻線の引出部が、前記三角配置した領域内に集約され、
集約された前記引出部の周囲を囲むように前記巻軸方向に延設された絶縁ブッシングと、
前記絶縁ブッシングを囲むように配置された樹脂ケースとを備え、
前記樹脂ケース内に充填された第2樹脂によって前記引出部が固定されていることを特徴とする三相乾式変圧器。 - 前記第1および第2の樹脂は、熱硬化性樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の三相乾式変圧器。
- 前記2次巻線の引出部から該引出部に接続された高圧端子部までが樹脂にて一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の三相乾式変圧器。
