Abstract

本发明公开的一种立体卷铁心敞开式干变的高压引线方法,包括将呈三角形排列的立体卷铁心固定在上夹件和下夹件之间,以及在立体卷铁心上绕上A、B、C三相线圈,在上夹件上设置高压引线支架,该高压引线支架上设有分别与A、B、C三相线圈相对应的接线端子,各相线圈上分别设有进线端和出线端,该高压引线方法中,A、B、C三相线圈均引出两个出线端,每个线圈的匝数仍然相等,这样在不改变线圈匝数的情况下,增加的出线端使得引线更方便,引线结构也更加简洁。

一种立体卷铁心敞开式干变的高压引线方法
技术领域
本发明涉及变压器线圈的引线技术,尤其是一种立体卷铁心敞开式干变的高压引线方法。
背景技术
现有的立体卷铁心敞开式干变的高压引线需引至夹件一侧,方便用户接线,但是三相线圈呈三角形排布,出线不在同一平面上,导致引线比较复杂,引线之间必须的绝缘距离会增大变压器的整体外形尺寸,引线折弯较多且不易于固定。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的一种立体卷铁心敞开式干变的高压引线方法,该高压引线方法使高压线圈在不同面上抽出相应的出线端,引线结构更简洁,易于连接,结构美观。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种立体卷铁心敞开式干变的高压引线方法,包括将呈三角形排列的立体卷铁心固定在上夹件和下夹件之间,以及在立体卷铁心上绕上A、B、C三相线圈,在上夹件上设置高压引线支架,该高压引线支架上设有分别与A、B、C三相线圈相对应的接线端子,各相线圈上分别设有进线端和出线端, 
A相线圈绕制完成后将其出线端连接至A相接线端子上,在A相出线端上引出一出线多绕一角度构成A相第二出线端,使该A相第二出线端靠近C相进线端并与其连接;
B相线圈绕制完成后将其出线端连接至B相接线端子上,在B相出线端上引出一出线多绕一角度构成B相第二出线端,使该B相第二出线端靠近A相进线端并与其连接;
C相线圈绕制完成后将其出线端连接至C相接线端子上,在C相出线端上引出一出线多绕一角度构成C相第二出线端, 使该C相第二出线端靠近B相进线端并与其连接。
采用上述的高压引线方法,A、B、C三相线圈均引出两个出线端,各相线圈中原来的出线端位置不变,便于与接线端子连接,每相线圈的匝数仍然相等,这样在不改变线圈匝数的情况下,增加的出线端使得引线更方便,引线结构也更加简洁。
优选的,所述A相出线端上引出的出线多绕的角度范围为145°-155°。
优选的,所述B相出线端上引出的出线多绕的角度范围为55°-65°。
优选的,所述C相出线端上引出的出线多绕的角度范围为5°-15°。
本发明的有益效果:采用上述高压引线方法能够将三角形结构的立体卷铁心线圈的出线端巧妙地设置与进线端连接,缩短各相线圈之间引线的连接距离,简化了引线布置,减少用料,且结构简洁,解决了立体卷铁心敞开式干变引线的复杂问题。

具体实施方式
本发明提供的一种立体卷铁心敞开式干变的高压引线方法,首先将呈三角形排列的立体卷铁心固定在上夹件和下夹件之间,以及在立体卷铁心上绕上A、B、C三相线圈,在上夹件上设置高压引线支架,该高压引线支架上设有分别与A、B、C三相线圈相对应的接线端子,分别为A相接线端子、B相接线端子和C相接线端子,各相线圈上分别引出进线端和出线端。
参见图1和图2,在本实施例中,A相线圈1对应的A相进线端11、A相出线端12和A相第二出线端13分别为附图的X、A和A’处,B相线圈2对应的B相进线端21、B相出线端22和B相第二出线端23分别为附图的Y、B和B’处,C相线圈3对应的C相进线端31、C相出线端32和C相第二出线端33分别为附图的Z、C和C’处,A相线圈1绕制完成后将其出线端12连接至A相接线端子上,在A相出线端12上引出一出线多绕150°构成A相第二出线端13,即A’处,使该A相第二出线端13靠近C相进线端31并与其连接;B相线圈2绕制完成后将其出线端22连接至B相接线端子上,在B相出线端22上引出一出线多绕60°构成B相第二出线端23,即B’处,使该B相第二出线端23靠近A相进线端12并与其连接;C相线圈3绕制完成后将其出线端32连接至C相接线端子上,在C相出线端32上引出一出线多绕10°构成C相第二出线端33, 即C’处,使该C相第二出线端靠近B相进线端21并与其连接,引线结构即A’连接Z,B’连接X,C’连接Y,简化引线的布置,连接的原理图如图2所示。
采用上述的高压引线方法,A、B、C三相线圈均引出两个出线端,每个线圈的匝数仍然相等,这样在不改变线圈匝数的情况下,增加的出线端使得引线更方便,引线结构也更加简洁。
以上所述,只是本发明的较佳实施例而已,本发明并不局限于上述实施方式的结构,只要其以相同的手段达到本发明的技术效果,都应属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种立体卷铁心敞开式干变的高压引线方法,包括将呈三角形排列的立体卷铁心固定在上夹件和下夹件之间,以及在立体卷铁心上绕上A、B、C三相线圈,在上夹件上设置高压引线支架,该高压引线支架上设有分别与A、B、C三相线圈相对应的接线端子,各相线圈上分别设有进线端和出线端,其特征在于:
A相线圈绕制完成后将其出线端连接至A相接线端子上,在A相出线端上引出一出线多绕一角度构成A相第二出线端,使该A相第二出线端靠近C相进线端并与其连接;
B相线圈绕制完成后将其出线端连接至B相接线端子上,在B相出线端上引出一出线多绕一角度构成B相第二出线端,使该B相第二出线端靠近A相进线端并与其连接;
C相线圈绕制完成后将其出线端连接至C相接线端子上,在C相出线端上引出一出线多绕一角度构成C相第二出线端, 使该C相第二出线端靠近B相进线端并与其连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种立体卷铁心敞开式干变的高压引线方法,其特征在于:所述A相出线端上引出的出线多绕的角度范围为145°-155°。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种立体卷铁心敞开式干变的高压引线方法,其特征在于:所述B相出线端上引出的出线多绕的角度范围为55°-65°。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种立体卷铁心敞开式干变的高压引线方法,其特征在于:所述C相出线端上引出的出线多绕的角度范围为5°-15°。
