Claims (12)
- 導電性流体分配板において、
該導電性流体分配板が、板本体を有し、
前記板本体は、
外側と、内側と、該外側に配置される複数の流路とを備える第1のシートと、
外側と、内側と、該外側に配置される別の複数の流路とを備える第2のシートであって、前記第1のシートの外側と第2のシートの外側とが外面を画定し、前記第1のシートの内側が、該第1のシートの内側の一部と第2のシートの内側の一部との各接触領域で表面部分の粗さを有する第2のシートの内側に接触し、前記外面の少なくとも一部が1μmから5μmの間の粗さ平均値を有し、1.38MPa(200psi)でカーボン紙の間に挟まれるとき40mΩ・cm2より小さな接触抵抗値を有する、第2のシートとを備える、
導電性流体分配板。 - 前記接触抵抗値が、1.38MPa(200psi)でカーボン紙の間に挟まれるとき5から40mΩ・cm2である、請求項1に記載の板。
- 前記板本体が、ステンレス鋼の全重量の、重量で40%より高いモリブデン、クロム、およびニッケルの組合せ含有量を有する高級ステンレス鋼を含む、請求項1に記載の板。
- 前記接触抵抗値が、1.38MPa(200psi)でカーボン紙の間に挟まれるとき5から30mΩ・cm2である、請求項3に記載の板。
- 前記板本体が複合高分子表面を備える、請求項1に記載の板。
- 前記板が、1.38MPa(200psi)で0.1から4mΩ・cm2のバイポーラ板のシートを横切る接触抵抗値を有する、対向するシートを備える前記バイポーラ板を備える、請求項1に記載の板。
- 前記板がユニポーラ板を備える、請求項1に記載の板。
- 前記表面部分が、X方向に沿った少なくとも8ピーク/mmのピーク密度、少なくとも7μmの平均最大形状高さ、および1.38MPa(200psi)でカーボン紙の間に挟まれるとき30mΩ・cm2より小さい接触抵抗値を有し、かつ、
前記板本体が、ステンレス鋼の全重量の、重量で40%より高いモリブデン、クロム、およびニッケルの組合せ含有量を有する高級ステンレス鋼を含む、請求項1に記載の板。 - 燃料電池において、
該燃料電池が、板本体を有する第1の導電性流体分配板を有し、
前記板本体は、
外側と、内側と、該外側に配置される複数の流路とを備える第1のシートと、
外側と、内側と、該外側に配置される別の複数の流路とを備える第2のシートであって、前記第1のシートの外側と第2のシートの外側とが外面を画定し、前記第1のシートの内側が、該第1のシートの内側の一部と第2のシートの内側の一部との各接触領域で表面部分の粗さを有する第2のシートの内側に接触する、第2のシートと、
第2の導電性流体分配板と、
前記第1の導電性流体分配板と第2の導電性流体分配板を分離する膜電極アセンブリとを備え、
前記膜電極アセンブリが、
第1の側および第2の側を有する電解膜、ならびに前記電極膜の前記第1の側に隣接するアノードと、
前記電解質膜の第2の側に隣接するカソードとを備え、
前記第1、第2の導電性流体分配板の外面の少なくとも一部が1μmから5μmの間の粗さ平均値を有し、前記外面が1.38MPa(200psi)でカーボン紙の間に挟まれているとき40mΩ・cm 2 より小さな接触抵抗値を有する、燃料電池。 - 前記第1のシートの内側と第2のシートの内側は各々、冷却材が前記板本体内を流れるための複数の流体流れ通路を有する、請求項1に記載の導電性流体分配板。
- 前記外面の一部がX方向に沿った少なくとも8ピーク/mmのピーク密度と、少なくとも7μmの平均最大形状高さを有する、請求項1に記載の導電性流体分配板。
- 前記外面の一部がX方向に沿った少なくとも8ピーク/mmのピーク密度と、少なくとも7μmの平均最大形状高さを有する、請求項9に記載の燃料電池。
