Description
Manual, page 2, March 1998には、脛部に対して義足の角度位置を動的に油圧制御できる関節が開示されている。この関節は、同じような欠点を持つ。
Claims (12)
- 油圧機構を有する、足部材および脛部材を含む下肢人工装具用の人工足首であって、前記油圧機構は、
前記足部材および、脛軸を規定する前記下肢人工装具の長手方向に延びる前記脛部材をそれぞれ関連付けられるように適応された第1の構成要素および第2の構成要素と、
前記第1の構成要素と前記第2の構成要素とを相互接続し、前記第1の構成要素と前記第2の構成要素とが互いに対して枢動可能な中間横方向調整軸を規定する第1の枢動機構と、
前記第1の構成要素と前記第2の構成要素とを相互接続し、前記調整軸の一方の側とずらされたピストンシリンダ組立体とを有し、
前記ピストンシリンダ組立体は、シリンダ部分内で並進運動可能なピストン部分を有し、前記シリンダ部分が、前記第2の構成要素に堅く接続され、前記ピストン部分が、前記第1の構成要素に枢動可能に取り付けられており、
前記ピストンシリンダ組立部の前記シリンダ部分は、円筒状チャンバを有し、
前記円筒チャンバが、前記ピストン部分を有し、前記脛軸と一致するか前記脛軸と平行になるように長手方向に向けられている中心軸を規定し、少なくとも1つの横断壁によって範囲が定められ、
前記ピストン部分が、前記チャンバの横断壁との間を流体密封式に貫通し、前記第1の構成要素に対する前記ピストン部分の枢動接続に到るピストンロッドを有している、下肢人工装具用の人工足首。 - 前記ピストンロッドと前記第1の構成要素の間の前記枢動接続が、前記調整軸と平行な単一枢動軸を規定する、請求項1に記載の人工足首。
- 前記ピストンシリンダ組立体は、前記ピストン部分が前記シリンダ部分内で軸方向以外に動けるように構成された、請求項1または請求項2に記載の人工足首。
- 前記ピストン部分が、前記第1の構成要素における前記調整軸から離間された前記シリンダ部分における枢動接続手段によって、前記第1の構成要素に枢動可能に取り付けられている、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の人工足首。
- 前記調整軸は、前記ピストンロッドと前記第1の構成要素とを接続する車軸関節の枢動軸に対して前側に配置される、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の人工足首。
- 前記ピストンシリンダ組立部の前記チャンバが、前記ピストン部分のピストンと対向する側にチャンバ部分を有し、
前記組立部が、前記チャンバ部分間に延びる弁付きバイパス通路をさらに有している、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の人工足首。 - 油圧機構を有する下肢人工装具用の人工足首であって、前記油圧機構は、
足部材と脛部材の一方および他方とそれぞれ関連付けられるように適応された第1の構成要素および第2の構成要素と、
前記第1の構成要素と前記第2の構成要素とを相互接続し、前記第1の構成要素と前記第2の構成要素が互いに対して枢動可能な中間横方向調整軸を規定する第1の枢動機構と、
前記第1の構成要素と前記第2の構成要素とを相互接続し、前記調整軸の一方の側とずらされたピストンシリンダ組立体とを有し、
前記ピストンシリンダ組立体は、シリンダ部分内で並進運動可能なピストン部分を有し、シリンダ部分とピストン部分の一方は、前記第1の構成要素と前記第2の構成要素の一方に堅く接続され、前記シリンダ部分と前記ピストン部分の他方は、前記第1の構成要素と前記第2の構成要素の他方に枢動可能に取り付けられており、
前記ピストンシリンダ組立体は、前記第1の構成要素と前記第2の構成要素との間の角度を変更するときに、前記ピストン部分が前記シリンダ部分内で軸方向および軸方向以外に動けるように構成された下肢人工装具用の人工足首。 - 前記シリンダ部分は、脛部材に堅く接続されるように適応され、前記ピストン部分は、足部材に枢動接続されるように適応され、前記ピストン部分は、前記足部材と関連付けられるように適応された前記構成要素と枢動接続されたピストンロッドを有し、前記ピストンロッドと前記構成要素との間の前記枢動接続は、前記調整軸と平行な単一枢動軸を規定する、請求項7に記載の人工足首。
- 前記脛軸を規定する脛管部分と、
前記脛管部分内で長手方向に向けられた軸を有する前記ピストンシリンダ組立部の前記チャンバと
を有する、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の人工足首。 - 前記第1の構成要素と前記脛管部分との枢動相互接続は、少なくとも前記脛管部分の管半径とほぼ等しい距離だけ前記脛軸から離間された枢動軸を規定する、請求項9に記載の人工足首。
- 前記第1の構成要素が、前記足部材を脱着可能に取り付ける足取り付けクランプである、請求項1から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の人工足首。
- 断端ソケットと、前記断端ソケットに接続された人工脛部材と、足部材と、前記足部材を前記人工脛部材に接続する請求項1から請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の人工足首と、を有し、
足裏から前記第1の構成要素と係合する前記足部材の最高体重負荷面部分まで測定した前記足部材の高さが、少なくとも70mmである、下肢人工装具。
