Abstract

本发明为一种油压踝关节,包括:一足踝液压缸,具有补油室、第一调压室PF、第二调压室DF、以及与所述各室相连通的一容置空间,所述容置空间能供一油压轴心配合定位件枢接,并于所述油压轴心两侧配合固定螺丝螺合,能将所述足踝液压缸枢接于一枢接座内,且能相对所述枢接座进行旋摆活动;而所述油压轴心中间设有一延伸部,且于所述油压轴心下方配设挡油块,使所述油压轴心区隔形成有彼此相连通且可供流体流通其间的一前室与一后室,更可通过第一调压室PF与第二调压室DF对应调整前室与后室内的流体压力,让使用者在步行时所承受的冲击力得到有效减缓,使步行姿态更为自然轻松,且补油室能利用油压差异进行自动补充流体,以减少使用者维护次数。

油压踝关节
技术领域
本发明为一种油压踝关节,通过油压轴心旋动配合通道,让压力能配合用户步行的速度加以调整,让着地时的冲击力道能获得有效减缓,让步行姿态更为轻松自然。
背景技术
随着医学在医疗实务及技术上日益精进,对义肢关节的设计,也从基本缓冲材质的应用,到通过机构改良来对气压、油压…等进行复合使用,以改良吸震、以及动作自然的效果,但就目前应用上还仍存有许多亟待改进的空间。
而常见使用的膝关节,主要通过多种连杆结构,让用户能更真实的去模拟正常膝盖的运动情况,但通常膝关节下方配合连结的其它构件,大部份都采用直接固定的结构,虽具有弹性与缓冲效果,但对于使用者在移动时,其反馈的力道并不能完全抵消,对于使用者步行姿态的流畅度仍有所影响,故后续有研究人员针对踝关节研发出缓冲调整机构。
美国专利US2014/0074255一案,掲示的踝关节,其内部设置的壳体,具有圆柱型的中空体,所述中空体内配置有一叶片式活塞,所述中空体内有液压流体、以及一球状重力装置,所述叶片式活塞能将所述中空体构成前、后两室,且所述叶片式活塞中具有一通路,能供设于前后两室内的液压流体流通构成压力平衡的状态,此通路设有一附有磁性阀座,当用户步行时,将会带动踝关节产生倾摆不同的角度,能让设于前述磁性阀座上方的磁性配件产生相对应的位移,让磁性阀座能受磁性驱动开启或关闭,让液压流体能在前后两室通过所述通路流通达成压力平衡,使踝关节在运作时,让使用者步行的压力更进一步减缓。
然而,前述的踝关节减压调整机构,其结构内部组件相对复杂,对于后续维护检修相当不易,而当在有磁性环境下使用时,是否会让磁性阀口设计受到干扰,具有安全疑虑;且内部液压流体存量不足以润滑使用时,需自行通过油孔补充,在实际使用时并不是相当方便。因此,结构复杂与使用不便的问题亟待改善。
发明内容
有鉴于上述各种情况及问题的存在,发明人经多年研发钻研改良,且整合改良现有技术所用结构的不足,发明人于是发明出更符合现代使用者需求的油压踝关节。
本发明为一种油压踝关节,包含一足踝液压缸,具有一补油室、一第一调压室PF、一第二调压室DF、以及与所述各室相连通的一容置空间,所述容置空间能供一油压轴心配合一定位件枢接,而所述油压轴心于两侧配合有一固定螺丝螺合,将所述足踝液压缸枢接于一枢接座内,且能相对所述枢接座进行旋摆活动。
所述油压轴心中间设有一延伸部,且于所述油压轴心下方配设一挡油块,使所述油压轴心区隔形成有彼此相连通且可供流体流通其间的一前室与一后室,能通过所述第一调压室PF让所述后室的压力进行调整、以及所述第二调压室DF让所述前室的压力进行调整,且旋摆活动进行所耗损的流体,能从所述补油室受压进入所述后室内进行补充。本发明的油压轴心在步行时,通过延伸部配合旋动调整前室及后室内的压力,并通过第一信道与第二信道,让两室压力能达到平衡,还得以通过第一调压室PF与第二调压室DF改变压力,让使用者步行姿态更加自然,且在耗损流体至一定量时,能从补油通道中补充适量流体,在使用上更为方便舒适。

通常根据本发明,所述最佳的可行的实施例,并配合图1至图7进行详细说明后,可以增加对本发明的了解,本发明为一种油压踝关节,其结构上具有一足踝液压缸1,其上方设有承座18用以连结其它义肢部位用,而下方为配设义肢脚掌3使用,所述足踝液压缸1内部且具有一补油室11、一第一调压室PF12、一第二调压室DF13、以及与上述各室相连通的一容置空间14,此补油室11设于足踝液压缸1一侧,而所述第一调压室PF12与第二调压室DF13则设于所述足踝液压缸1的另一侧,配合图3剖面线所示,可见补油室11、第一调压室PF12、第二调压室DF13均为相互不干扰的设计,第一调压室PF12是当油压踝关节脚跟着地时动作、第二调压室DF13则是当油压踝关节向前步行时动作,而所述容置空间14能供一油压轴心15配合一定位件17于足踝液压缸1左右两侧枢接,使所述油压轴心15能设置于所述足踝液压缸1内部,而油压轴心15于两侧设有穿孔,能配合一固定螺丝21从两侧穿孔配合呈ㄩ型的一枢接座2螺合,将所述足踝液压缸1枢接于所述枢接座2内侧,且能相对所述枢接座2进行旋摆活动。
如图1至图6所示,油压轴心15于轴心中间部位设有一延伸部151,此延伸部151由所述油压轴心15轴心半径向最外侧延伸形成,当油压轴心15枢接于所述容置空间14内时,所述容置空间14下方具有供挡油块16配设的穿孔,所述挡油块16上方设有一挡油橡胶161,利用容置空间14大小能让延伸部151的底部与所述挡油块16上的挡油橡胶161相互紧密抵接,使油压轴心15形成有一前室4与后室5,且所述前室4与后室5上方设有第一通道122与第二通道132,能让两室间的流体配合压力相互连通,以此能让油压轴心15产生旋动,使两室间的压力能够平衡,而前述流体在本发明中最佳为一种润滑油,但并不限定于此。
其中,由图中A-A剖面可见所述补油室11内部设有一补油活塞112,且于所述补油室11内的底侧设有一补油通道111,所述补油通道111的另一端连通于所述足踝液压缸1内部的下方,并与所述容置空间相连通,且挡油块16侧边设有一凹槽163,能够放置一圆珠162,当后室5内的液压量少于一定程度,所述补油活塞112会向下推动挤压流体,经补油通道111推动所述圆珠162向下,而使流体进入后室5,当流体补充足量后,圆珠162会受压力平衡向上堵住补油通道111,让流体得以自行补充,能减少使用者维护补充流体的次数,但长期使用下,所述补油室11内的流体仍需定期补充。
第一调压室PF12主要为配合第一通道122流通流体,还能通过转动第一调压旋钮121让第一通道122的压力获得调整,当足踝液压缸1向后旋动时,由图中B-B剖面可见前室4内的流体,受到压力影响,流体会推动第一通道122内的圆珠162向上,使流体能经由第一通道122流向于后室5达到压力平衡状态,当压力平衡后,所述圆珠162会受压力而向下,关闭第一通道122;而第二调压室DF13主要为配合第二通道132流通流体,还能通过转动第二调压旋钮131让第二通道132的压力获得调整,当足踝液压缸1向前旋动时,由图中C-C剖面可见后室5内的流体,受到压力影响,流体会推动第二通道122内的圆珠162,使流体能经所述第二通道132流向于前室4达到压力平衡状态,达到压力平衡后,所述圆珠会受弹簧压力复位;然而,前述第一调压旋钮121、第二调压旋钮131表面设有螺纹,配合相对应工具得以轻松转动调整。
如图7所示,图中是使用者在步行状态的连续动作,其中可见义肢脚掌3各动作都为平贴于地面,所述足踝液压缸1会由原直立状态从而配合前、后旋动,利用前室4与后室5间的压力差,使液体相互流通,使原受冲击压力得以获得减缓,让步行姿态更为自然。
本发明油压踝关节的目的在于让油压轴心利用不同信道在步行相对应动作时,能以简单的调整来控制油压让冲击力获得减缓,让使用者在日常生活所承受的冲击力道获得有效改善,让步行姿态更为轻松自然,且补油室具有侦测液体量并自行补充功能,能减少用户维护次数。
虽然本发明是结合以上实施例进行描述的,但本发明并不限定于上述实施例,而只受权利要求的限定,本领域普通技术人员能够容易地对其进行修改和变化,但并不离开本发明的实质构思和范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种油压踝关节,包含:
一足踝液压缸,具有一补油室、一第一调压室PF、一第二调压室DF、以及与所述各室相连通的一容置空间,所述容置空间能供一油压轴心配合一定位件枢接,而所述油压轴心于两侧配合有一固定螺丝螺合,将所述足踝液压缸枢接于一枢接座内,且能相对所述枢接座进行旋摆活动;
其特征在于:所述油压轴心中间设有一延伸部,且于所述油压轴心下方配设一挡油块,使所述油压轴心区隔形成有彼此相连通且可供流体流通其间的一前室与一后室,能通过所述第一调压室PF让所述后室的压力进行调整、以及所述第二调压室DF让所述前室的压力进行调整,且旋摆活动进行所耗损的流体,能从所述补油室受压进入所述后室内进行补充。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油压踝关节,其特征在于,所述第一调压室PF还具有:一第一调压旋钮与一第一通道,而所述第一通道设于所述足踝液压缸的内部上方,且与所述容置空间相连通,用以让所述足踝液压缸于向后旋摆活动时,将流体导流至所述后室内减缓压力,还通过所述第一调压旋钮能进行压力强弱的调整。
3.根据权利要求1所述的油压踝关节,其特征在于,所述第二调压室DF还具有:一第二调压旋钮与一第二通道,而所述第二通道设于所述足踝液压缸的内部上方,且与所述容置空间相连通,用以让所述足踝液压缸于向前旋摆活动时,将流体导流至所述前室内减缓压力,还通过所述第二调压旋钮能进行压力强弱的调整。
4.根据权利要求1所述的油压踝关节,其特征在于,所述油室还具有:一补油活塞、以及一补油通道,所述补油活塞设于所述补油室内部,而于所述补油室底侧设有补油信道,所述补油信道另一端连通于所述足踝液压缸的内部下方,且与所述容置空间相连通,能将所述补油室内的流体受压自动补充。
5.根据权利要求1所述的油压踝关节,其特征在于,所述挡油块具有一挡油橡胶,所述挡油橡胶能与所述液压轴心配合呈紧密抵接,使所述延伸部得以转动调整所述前室与后室内的流体。
