R:ガス定数 T:絶対温度 F:ファラデー定数

Claims (4)
- 液体又は気体との界面に生ずる電位、電流の測定に用いる電気化学的測定装置用の金属などの導電性物質からなる指示電極であって、指示電極表面に研磨処理を施す手段を指示電極に電気的導線が接続される部位から見て軸方向となる電位が生ずる方向、電流の流れる往来方向に直線的にミクロ研磨することを特徴とする電気化学的測定装置用に用いる指示電極。
- 指示電極の形状は丸棒、先端先丸棒、平板、球体又は、筒状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気化学的測定装置用に用いる指示電極。
- 指示電極表面に研磨処理を施す手段を指示電極である丸棒表面360度研磨処理において研磨ムラが生じないように、その都度、一定時間間隔で研磨を停止し同軸に右回り又は左回り方向に30度ずつ又は任意設定で自由幅の角度で回転させて研磨する繰返し動作によって行なうことを特徴とする請求項1,2いずれかに記載の電気化学的測定装置用に用いる指示電極。
- 指示電極表面に研磨処理を施す手段を渦巻の形でらせん形状の動作によって行なうことを特徴とする請求項1,2,3いずれかに記載の電気化学的測定装置用に用いる指示電極。
