図1は、自動車液圧装置における所望の体積流の調節に使用される可動子を有する制御電磁弁のコイル電流を調整するための本発明による制御装置の実施例としての伝動装置制御部を概略的に示す。
図2は、図1の制御電磁弁の構造を概略的に示す。
図3は、図1の伝動装置制御部のPID調整器の基準量としての目標電流の時間的な経過を示す。
図4は、図1のPID調整器内において目標電流、すなわち基準量に印加されるディザ信号の時間的な経過を概略的に示す。
図5は、図3による内部的な印加により生じる、図1の伝動装置制御部のPID調整器の基準量としての目標電流を示す。
Claims (4)
- 自動車液圧装置(HP)における所望の体積流(Q)の調節に使用される可動子(AN)を有する制御電磁弁(CV)のコイル電流(I)を調整するために、閉ループ制御回路を形成しながらフィードバック経路(FB)を介して前記制御電磁弁(CV)と接続されている調整器(PC)を備えた制御装置(GS)であって、
前記制御電磁弁(CV)の前記可動子(AN)には静止摩擦および/または磁気ヒステリシスを低減するために恒常的に可動子振動が印加されている形式の制御装置において、
前記閉ループ制御回路の前記調整器(PC)自体において、該調整器(PC)の入力側において基準量として供給される目標電流(SC)には、前記調整器(PC)のクロック周期(m)と同期して、前記調整器(PC)内において形成される、前記可動子振動を生じさせるためのディザ信号(DS)が印加されており、
前記調整器(PC)はPID調整器として構成されている
ことを特徴とする、制御装置。 - 前記自動車液圧装置(HP)はクラッチまたは液圧ブレーキによって形成されている、請求項1記載の制御装置。
- 前記調整器(PC)のサンプリング周波数(m)と前記ディザ信号(DS)の周波数(k)との比が式round(m/(2k))=nεN(整数)にしたがい選択され、ここで演算子roundは整数への丸めこみを表し、nは前記調整器(PC)の調整周期の数を表し、該調整周期においては前記調整器(PC)の基準量(SC)が所定の電流振幅(ΔA/2mA)だけ高められ、続いて該電流振幅(ΔA/2mA)だけ低減される、請求項1または2記載の制御装置。
- 自動車液圧装置(HP)における所望の体積流(Q)の調節に使用される可動子(AN)を有する制御電磁弁(CV)のコイル電流(I)を、閉ループ制御回路を形成しながらフィードバック経路(FB)を介して前記制御電磁弁(CV)と接続されている調整器(PC)により調整する方法であって、
前記制御電磁弁(CV)の前記可動子(AN)に静止摩擦および/または磁気ヒステリシスを低減するために恒常的に可動子振動を印加する、方法において、
前記閉ループ制御回路の前記調整器(PC)自体において、該調整器(PC)の入力側において基準量として供給される目標電流(SC)に、前記調整器(PC)のクロック周期(m)と同期して、前記調整器(PC)内において形成される、前記可動子振動を生じさせるためのディザ信号(DS)を印加するものであり、
前記調整器(PC)はPID調整器として構成されている
ことを特徴とする、方法。
