Claims (8)
- 上側は原水流入パイプ及び逆洗水排水用パイプと連通され、下側は空気流入パイプと連通されるろ過槽と、
前記ろ過槽の内部に同軸形成された多孔筒であって、底部が前記ろ過槽の外部に延出して処理水排水パイプと連通され、上部には軸方向に陥凹したピストンガイドが形成されたストレーナと、
前記ろ過槽の上側に設けられるシリンダーと、前記シリンダーによって駆動されて往復運動する、前記シリンダーからろ過槽の内側の前記ピストンガイドまで伸張したピストンと、により形成される引上げ駆動部と、
前記ストレーナの半径よりも小さな半径範囲内に形成される固定部としての通孔が複数個設けられ、前記ストレーナの上側において前記ピストンに固定されて前記ピストンの往復運動が伝達される上部ろ材固定板と、
前記ストレーナの半径よりも小さな半径範囲内に形成される固定部としての通孔が複数個設けられ、前記ろ過槽の内部において前記ストレーナの下側に固定される下部ろ材固定板と、
前記上部ろ材固定板の固定部と前記下部ろ材固定板の固定部に上端と下端がそれぞれ固定されて前記ストレーナの外周面において、ろ過空隙層を形成する微細なフィラメントを有する繊維糸を束ねて成る繊維ろ材と、
を備えることを特徴とする引上げ式空隙制御繊維ろ過器。 - 前記上部ろ材固定板または下部ろ材固定板は、前記繊維ろ材の上端または下端を固定可能な前記複数の固定部が前記固定板の中心に対して螺旋放射状に形成されている円板から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の引上げ式空隙制御繊維ろ過器。
- 前記ろ過槽内の下部ろ材固定板の下側には前記空気流入パイプを介して流入する空気を前記繊維ろ材に分散配分する空気分配板が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の引上げ式空隙制御繊維ろ過器。
- 前記シリンダーは、前記ピストンに往復運動と共に捻れ運動を付与する回転シリンダーであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の引上げ式空隙制御繊維ろ過器。
- 前記ピストンには、長さ調整手段が配設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の引上げ式空隙制御繊維ろ過器。
- 前記長さ調整手段は、前記ピストンを直列に連続する2本の棒に分離し、分離された2本の棒の向かい合う各端部にそれぞれ方向の異なるねじ山を形成し、これらの間にナットを介装してなるものであり、前記ナットの回転によりその結合長さを調整することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の引上げ式空隙制御繊維ろ過器。
- 前記長さ調整手段は、前記ピストンを直列に連続する2本の棒に分離し、分離された2本の棒の向かい合う各端部にそれぞれ雌ねじ及び雄ねじを形成してなるものであり、これらの結合の度合いを調節することによりその結合長さを調整することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の引上げ式空隙制御繊維ろ過器。
- 前記ろ過槽の上部には前記シリンダーを固定する支持棒がさらに配設され、前記支持棒の端部には、ねじが形成されて前記ねじの締付の度合いを調節して前記支持棒の高さを調整することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の引上げ式空隙制御繊維ろ過器。
