Claims (1)
- 複数のR、G、B有機発光ダイオード素子が配置されるパネル;
駆動電圧を発生する駆動電圧源;
前記パネルの温度を感知して、温度感知信号をデジタル信号に発生する温度感知回路;
駆動電圧源からの電流によって発光するR、G、B有機発光ダイオード素子;
前記デジタル感知信号に応じてR、G、Bデジタルデータ信号を変調し、前記R、G、B有機発光ダイオード素子の電流を調整する温度補償回路;及び
前記R、G、B有機発光ダイオード素子に供給される駆動電圧と所定の基準電圧とを比べて、前記R、G、B有機発光ダイオード素子に流れる電流を同時に制御する駆動電流安定化回路を備え、
前記駆動電流安定化回路は比較器及び電流制御素子を備え、
前記比較器は、前記基準電圧が入力される非反転入力端子及び前記駆動電圧が入力される反転入力端子を備え、前記電流制御素子は、前記比較器の出力端子に接続されるベース、前記駆動電圧源に接続されるエミッター及び前記R、G、B有機発光ダイオード素子に接続されるコレクターを備え、
前記比較器は、前記基準電圧と前記駆動電圧とを比べてその電圧間の差に対応する制御信号を発生し、前記電流制御素子は、前記制御信号に応じて前記駆動電圧源と前記有機発光ダイオード素子との間に流れる電流を調整することを特徴とする有機発光ダイオード表示装置。
