Claims (11)
- 복수의 화소,상기 복수의 화소에 적어도 하나의 전원 전압을 공급하는 적어도 하나의 전압 제어선, 그리고상기 적어도 하나의 전압 제어선에 흐르는 전류를 감지하고, 상기 감지한 전류가 기준 전류보다 작은 경우에 상기 적어도 하나의 전원 전압을 제1 전압만큼 증가시키며, 상기 감지한 전류가 상기 기준 전류보다 큰 경우에 상기 적어도 하나의 전원 전압을 상기 제1 전압과 다른 제2 전압만큼 감소시키는 전압 공급부를 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 전압은 상기 제2 전압보다 큰 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 화소는, 각각 제1 색상의 빛을 발광하는 유기 발광 소자를 포함하는 복수의 제1 화소 및 각각 제2 색상의 빛을 발광하는 유기 발광 소자를 포함하는 복수의 제2 화소를 포함하며,상기 적어도 하나의 전압 제어선은 상기 복수의 제1 화소에 연결되어 있는 제1 전압 제어선 및 상기 복수의 제2 화소에 연결되어 있는 제2 전압 제어선을 포 함하며,상기 적어도 하나의 전원 전압은 상기 제1 전압 제어선으로 전달되는 제1 전원 전압 및 상기 제2 전압 제어선으로 전달되는 제2 전원 전압을 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 전압 공급부는,상기 제1 전압 제어선에 흐르는 제1 전류와 상기 제2 전압 제어선에 흐르는 제2 전류를 감지하는 센싱부;상기 감지한 제1 전류 및 제2 전류를 각각 제1 기준 전류 및 제2 기준 전류와 비교하고, 비교 결과에 따라 상기 제1 전원 전압 및 상기 제2 전원 전압을 상기 제1 전압만큼 증가시키거나 상기 제2 전압만큼 감소시키기 위한 제어 신호를 생성하는 제어부; 및상기 제어신호에 따라 상기 제1 전원 전압 및 상기 제2 전원 전압을 상기 제1 전압만큼 증가시키거나 상기 제2 전압만큼 감소시켜서 상기 적어도 하나의 전압 제어선으로 공급하는 컨버터를 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,한 프레임을 복수의 서브 프레임으로 분할하여 구동하는 신호 제어부를 더 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 유기 발광 소자를 포함하는 화소에 공급되는 전원 전압을 제어하기 위한 유기 발광 표시 장치의 구동 방법에 있어서,상기 전원 전압을 공급하는 전원 제어선에 흐르는 전류를 감지하는 단계;상기 감지한 전류를 기준 전류와 비교하는 단계; 및상기 감지한 전류가 상기 기준 전류보다 작으면 상기 전원 전압을 제1 전압만큼 증가시키고, 상기 기준 전류보다 크면 상기 제1 전압보다 작은 제2 전압만큼 감소시켜서 상기 전원 전압을 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치의 구동 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 감지하는 단계, 상기 비교하는 단계 및 상기 제어하는 단계는 상기 감지한 전류와 상기 기준 전류가 동일할 때까지 반복하는 단계를 더 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치의 구동 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 유기 발광 소자를 풀 화이트에 해당하는 계조로 발광시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치의 구동 방법.

- 유기 발광 소자를 포함하는 화소에 전원 전압을 공급하는 전압 공급 장치에 있어서,상기 전원 전압을 공급하는 전압 제어선에 흐르는 전류를 감지하는 센싱부;상기 감지한 전류가 기준 전류보다 작은 경우에 제1 제어 신호를 출력하고, 상기 감지한 전류가 상기 기준 전류보다 큰 경우에 제2 제어 신호를 출력하는 제어부; 및상기 제1 제어 신호를 수신한 경우에 상기 전원 전압을 제1 전압만큼 증가시켜서 상기 전압 제어선으로 출력하고, 상기 제2 제어 신호를 수신한 경우에 상기 전원 전압을 제2 전압만큼 감소시켜서 상기 전압 제어선으로 출력하는 컨버터를 포함하고,상기 제1 전압은 상기 제2 전압보다 큰 전압 공급 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 센싱부는,상기 컨버터의 출력단과 상기 전압 제어선 사이에 연결되어 있는 저항; 및상기 저항 양단의 전압차에 해당하는 전압을 상기 제어부로 전달하는 증폭기를 포함하는 전압 공급 장치.
