図2はOCTカテーテルの押し込みのために環状に形成された放射器を有する本発明によるカテーテルの実施形態を示す断面図、

図4は図2による前方に開いた放射線治療カテーテルを通して押し込むための専用カテーテル管を有するOCTカテーテルの概略図、
図5および図6は近接範囲に高い分解能を有するOCT血管撮影画像を示す。図6では付加的に等放射線ラインが挿入されている。

Claims (12)
- カテーテル先端の範囲においてベータ線またはガンマ線放射器が、血管壁におけるプラークの除去後の再狭窄を防止するために、構造的な血管改変の抑制のための放射線を放射し、同時に光コヒーレンス断層画像化(OCT)による監視が行なわれる、血管内放射線治療を実施および監視するための装置において、放射線治療カテーテルがOCTカテーテルと共に1つのユニットに組み込まれ、放射線治療カテーテルは、OCTカテーテルが放射線治療カテーテル内に挿入可能であるように構成され、環状のもしくは半径方向にずらされた放射器を備えていることを特徴とする血管内放射線治療を実施および監視するための装置。
- 放射線治療カテーテルの可撓性カテーテル管(1)内に、回転するOCT信号線(14)が配置され、OCT信号線(14)は環状窓(12)の内側に配置されたOCTセンサ(5)に導かれ、OCTセンサ(5)は放射器(3,3')の直前もしくは直後に配置されているかまたは分割された放射器の間隔を置いた部分(3")の間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- グラスファイバ線として構成されたOCT信号線(14)はOCTセンサ(5)のための中空の可撓性駆動軸(4)内にあることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- カテーテル管(1)は端部側に造影剤または洗浄液のための流入口もしくは流出口を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の1つに記載の装置。
- カテーテル先端に磁気式ナビゲーションのための磁石が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の1つに記載の装置。
- 装置は貫通するガイドワイヤを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の1つに記載の装置。
- カテーテル先端に、カテーテルの固定および/または血管拡張のために用いられる膨張可能な風船が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の1つに記載の装置。
- 放射線治療カテーテルのカテーテル管は前方部を開かれ、専用のカテーテル管(13)を備えたOCTカテーテルが放射線治療カテーテルを通して押し込み可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の1つに記載の装置。
- OCT画像システムは、適用された放射線量の数値を表示可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の1つに記載の装置。
- 等放射線ラインがOCT画像に挿入可能であることを特徴とする請求項9記載の装置。
- 過照射を防止するために、適用された放射線の持続時間に基づいて動作する光学式および/または音響式警報装置が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10の1つに記載の装置。
- 制御装置のユーザインターフェースは放射器の放射パラメータ(線量、活性化データ、半減期)の入力を可能にすることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11の1つに記載の装置。
