Claims (2)
- 感光体と、当該感光体に帯電させる帯電手段と、当該感光体に潜像を形成する露光手段と、当該潜像をトナー像にする現像手段と、前記露光手段の光量を制御する制御手段と、前記帯電手段による電位と前記現像手段に印加するバイアス電位との電位差であるカブリ電圧を制御する制御手段と、前記感光体上に形成されたトナーパッチの線幅を検知する検知手段と、を有する画像形成装置において、画像形成動作中に、検知された前記線幅に対応して当該線幅を所定の線幅になるようにカブリ電圧を変更するとともに、画像形成停止中に、当該カブリ電圧を設定のカブリ電圧近傍へ戻し、カブリ電圧の戻し量に相当する光量分、前記露光手段の光量を変更させるように制御する制御手段を有することを特徴とする画像形成装置。
- 感光体と、当該感光体に帯電させる帯電手段と、当該感光体に潜像を形成する露光手段と、当該潜像をトナー像にする現像手段と、前記露光手段の光量を制御する制御手段と、前記帯電手段による電位と前記現像手段に印加するバイアス電位との電位差であるカブリ電圧を制御する制御手段と、前記感光体上に形成されたトナーパッチの線幅を検知する検知手段と、を有する画像形成装置において、画像形成動作中に、検知された前記線幅に対応して当該線幅を所定の線幅になるようにカブリ電圧を変更し、定期的タイミングで当該カブリ電圧を初期設定のカブリ電圧近傍へ戻し、その戻し量に相当する光量分を前記露光手段に変更させるように制御する制御手段を有することを特徴とする画像形成装置。
