Description
また、締め付け部材がマイクロヒータの外周部を弾性的に締め付けるためのバネ部を備えているので、マイクロヒータを弾性的に締め付け、マイクロヒータや締め付け部材が熱膨張しても当該バネ部の弾性力により緩まず、マイクロヒータを加熱対象の外壁面に密着した状態を維持できる。

Claims (5)
- 加熱対象の外壁面に対してマイクロヒータを固定してなるマイクロヒータの取付構造において、前記マイクロヒータをつづら折れ状に延びる波状パターンに屈曲構成し、該マイクロヒータのみを前記外壁面に対して密着状態に巻き付け、該マイクロヒータの外側部に周設される締め付け部材により前記加熱対象の外壁面上に固定してなり、前記締め付け部材が、前記マイクロヒータの外周部を弾性的に締め付けるためのバネ部を備えていることを特徴とするマイクロヒータの取付構造。
- 前記マイクロヒータを、前記加熱対象の外壁面に対応した形状及び寸法を有する前記波状パターンに屈曲構成してなる請求項1記載のマイクロヒータの取付構造。
- 前記締め付け部材を、前記マイクロヒータの外側部に対して点溶接により部分的に固定してなる請求項1又は2記載のマイクロヒータの取付構造。
- 外側部に前記締め付け部材が予め固定された前記マイクロヒータを、前記加熱対象の外壁面に巻き付けてなる請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のマイクロヒータの取付構造。
- 前記締め付け部材が、ワンタッチで着脱可能な締結バンドである請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載のマイクロヒータの取付構造。
