Claims (1)
- 太陽光発電装置及び蓄電装置を備えた建物の電力制御システムであって、
前記太陽光発電装置及び前記蓄電装置の制御に必要な演算条件を設定する初期設定手段と、
前記太陽光発電装置の発電量及び前記建物の電力消費量を計測する計測手段と、
時間によって変化する電力価格と、前記太陽光発電装置で発電した電力を電力会社が買い取る買取価格の設定をおこなう電力価格設定手段と、
前記蓄電装置の放電開始時間を単位時間ずつ変えた複数の制御パターンを記憶する制御パターン記憶手段と、
前記建物の電力料金を算出する基準となる過去の計算期間を15〜60日の長さで設定する計算期間設定手段と、
前記計算期間において前記建物の前記計測手段によって計測された過去の計測値と前記電力価格設定手段によって設定された電力価格とを使って、前記複数の制御パターンのそれぞれでシミュレーションをおこなって各電力料金を算出する電力料金算出手段と、
前記計算期間と同等の長さ間隔で、前記電力料金算出手段によって算出された電力料金が最も安い制御パターンを選択する制御パターン選択手段と、
前記制御パターン選択手段によって選択された制御パターンに従って演算後の制御をおこなう制御装置とを備えたことを特徴とする電力制御システム。
