- 互いに着脱可能に接続されたガス流入ハウジング(20)とガス流出ハウジング(10)の間の移行部と、
これらのガス流入ハウジング(20)及びガス流出ハウジング(10)を取り囲むハウジング用インシュレータ(11,22)と、を有するタービン・ハウジング接続装置において、
このタービン・ハウジング接続装置は、前記移行部を絶縁するためのハウジング用インシュレータを有し、
前記移行部を絶縁するための前記ハウジング用インシュレータは、移行リング(30)を有し、
この移行リング(30)は、前記移行部を取り囲み、前記ガス流入ハウジング(20)及びガス流出ハウジング(10)を取り囲む前記ハウジング用インシュレータ(11,22)の間に、前記ハウジング用インシュレータ(11,22)に対して着脱可能な状態で設けられていること、
を特徴とするタービン・ハウジング接続装置。 - 前記ガス流入ハウジング(20)及びガス流出ハウジング(10)は、固定手段で互いに接続されており、
前記移行リング(30)は、前記ガス流入ハウジング(20)及びガス流出ハウジング(10)を取り囲む前記ハウジング用インシュレータ(11,22)の間に設けられており、
前記移行リングは、取り外された状態では、前記ガス流入ハウジング(20)及びガス流出ハウジング(10)を取り囲む前記ハウジング用インシュレータ(11,22)の間で、前記固定手段の領域を開放する、
請求項1に記載のタービン・ハウジング接続装置。 - 前記移行リング(30)は、周方向に複数の部分に区分されている、請求項1または2に記載のタービン・ハウジング接続装置。
- 前記移行リング(30)は、複数の絶縁要素(33)を径方向に取り囲んでいる、請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載のタービン・ハウジング接続装置。
- 前記移行リング(30)は、固定要素(31,32)を有し、これらの固定要素は、前記移行リング(30)を、前記ガス流入ハウジング(20)及びガス流出ハウジング(10)、および/または、前記ガス流入ハウジング(20)及びガス流出ハウジング(10)を取り囲む前記ハウジング用インシュレータ(11,22)に固定するために用いられる、請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載のタービン・ハウジング接続装置。
- 一体型の構成または複数部分の構成による、前記ガス流入ハウジング(20)に固定された支持リング(25)または支持リング要素が、前記移行リング(30)及び前記隣接されたインシュレータ部分(22)を支持する、請求項1または2に記載のタービン・ハウジング接続装置。
- ガス流入ハウジング(20)及びガス流出ハウジング(10)を備えた排ガスタービンであって、前記ガス流入ハウジング(20)と前記ガス流出ハウジング(10)との間の接続装置は、請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載のタービン・ハウジング接続装置により形成されている、排ガスタービン。
- 請求項7に記載の排ガスタービンを有する排ガスターボチャージャ。
