Description
このように構成された泡消火薬剤混合装置の点検装置によれば、点検時において、第1三方弁を混合器のオリフィスの上流側と擬似液貯蔵タンク内とを連通可能に切り替えるとともに、第2三方弁を混合器のオリフィスの下流側と擬似液貯蔵タンク内とを連通可能に切り替えて、圧力水を擬似液貯蔵タンク内に送り込み、貯蔵している擬似液を加圧し、擬似液を混合器のオリフィスの下流側に送り込むことにより水と比例混合させ、その混合割合を測定することで、混合器の混合性能を確認できる。
図1に示すように、給水本管12の混合器6の下流側には擬似液と水との混合水溶液を抜き取るための抜き取り管30を取出弁31を介して設ける。

Claims (2)
- 感熱し泡水溶液を放出する閉鎖型泡ヘッドと、前記閉鎖型泡ヘッドが取り付けられる分岐管と、前記分岐管に接続される給水本管と、前記給水本管内の圧力低下を検出する圧力スイッチと、消火水を加圧して前記給水本管に圧送する加圧送水装置と、前記圧力スイッチが前記給水本管内の圧力低下を検出すると前記加圧送水装置を起動する制御盤と、泡消火薬剤を貯蔵した泡消火薬剤貯蔵タンクと、オリフィスを有しており前記給水本管を流れる流水量に対して前記泡消火薬剤貯蔵タンク内の泡消火薬剤を所定割合で混合する混合器とを備えた泡消火薬剤混合装置に、着色溶液からなる擬似液を充填した擬似液貯蔵タンクを設置しており、
前記混合器のオリフィスの上流側と前記泡消火薬剤貯蔵タンクを接続した圧力水送込管の途中に、前記混合器のオリフィスの上流側を前記泡消火薬剤貯蔵タンク内または前記擬似液貯蔵タンク内に選択的に連通させるための第1三方弁を設け、前記混合器のオリフィスの下流側と前記泡消火薬剤貯蔵タンクを接続した泡消火薬剤送込管の途中に、前記混合器のオリフィスの下流側を前記泡消火薬剤貯蔵タンク内または前記擬似液貯蔵タンク内に選択的に連通させる第2三方弁を設けており、常時は前記第1三方弁を前記混合器のオリフィスの上流側と前記泡消火薬剤貯蔵タンク内とを連通可能とするとともに、第2三方弁を前記混合器のオリフィスの下流側と前記泡消火薬剤貯蔵タンク内とを連通可能とし、点検時には前記第1三方弁を前記混合器のオリフィスの上流側と前記擬似液貯蔵タンク内とを連通可能とするとともに、前記第2三方弁を前記混合器のオリフィスの下流側と前記擬似液貯蔵タンク内とを連通可能としてなることを特徴とする、泡消火薬剤混合装置の点検装置。 - 前記給水本管の前記混合器の下流側には擬似液と水との混合水溶液を抜き取るための抜き取り管を設けている、請求項1記載の泡消火薬剤混合装置の点検装置。
