Claims (5)
- 電動機のステータ内に配置される複数の蛇行部を有する環状巻線コイルの成形機であって、
円周方向に等間隔で離間された複数の第1の金型を有する第1金型ユニットと、
円周方向に前記等間隔と同一間隔で離間され、各々が隣接する前記第1の金型の間に配置される複数の第2の金型を有する第2金型ユニットとを備え、
前記第2の金型の各々は環状巻線コイルを保持するコイル保持部を有しており、
前記コイル保持部で保持された環状巻線コイルに対して、前記第1金型ユニットの軸方向の変位に応じて前記環状巻線コイルを径方向に縮小させるコイル径縮小手段を前記第1金型ユニット及び前記第2金型ユニットにそれぞれ設けたことを特徴とする蛇行環状巻線コイルの成形機。 - 前記第1の金型及び前記第2の金型の数は、前記電動機のステータの極の数と同数以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の蛇行環状巻線コイルの成形機。
- 前記環状巻線コイル外周部と対面する前記各コイル保持部の保持面は、前記環状巻線コイル加工前の外周部の曲率半径と同等又はそれ以上の曲率半径で構成され、
前記環状巻線コイル内周部と対面する前記各コイル保持部の保持面は、前記環状巻線コイル加工後の内周部の曲率半径と同等又はそれ以下の曲率半径で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の蛇行環状巻線コイルの成形機。 - 前記コイル径縮小手段は、前記第1の各金型に隣接して径方向に変位可能に設けられた複数の第1ローラと、該各第1ローラが転動するように適合した前記第2金型ユニットに設けられた複数の第1ローラガイドと、前記第2の各金型に隣接して径方向に変位可能に設けられた複数の第2ローラと、該各第2ローラが転動するように適合した前記第1金型ユニットに設けられた複数の第2ローラガイドとから構成され、
前記各第1及び第2ローラガイドのローラ転動面は曲面形状していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の蛇行環状巻線コイルの成形機。 - 電動機のステータ内に配置される複数の蛇行部を有する環状巻線コイルの成形方法であって、
環状巻線コイルを、複数の第1の金型を有する第1金型ユニットと複数の第2の金型を有する第2金型ユニットの間に配置する工程と、
前記第1金型ユニットと前記第2金型ユニットを相対的に接近させるように移動して、前記環状巻線コイルを前記第1の金型及び前記第2の金型でプレス成形する工程とを備え、
前記プレス成形工程は、前記環状巻線コイルに複数の蛇行部を形成すると同時に該環状巻線コイルを径方向に縮小させることを特徴とする蛇行環状巻線コイルの成形方法。
