Description
Claims (12)
- 少なくとも第1及び第2の近位端開口部を有するハブ部品を有する近位端と、少なくとも1つの開口部を有する遠位端と、該遠位端開口部から該近位端へと延在する管腔とを備えた、第1のカテーテルシャフトと;
近位端と遠位端とを備えた第2のカテーテルシャフトであって、少なくとも一部が該第1のカテーテルシャフトの管腔内部に位置しかつ該ハブ部品の該第1の近位端開口部から該第1のカテーテルシャフトの該遠位端開口部へと延在し、該第2のカテーテルシャフトが、遠位端開口部から該第2のカテーテルシャフト内で該第2のカテーテルシャフトの該遠位端及び該近位端の間に位置する少なくとも1つの側方開口部へと延在する管腔を有し、該第2のカテーテルシャフトが、該第2のカテーテルシャフトの該近位端に位置するフローティングコネクタをさらに含んでなる、第2のカテーテルシャフトと;
近位端と遠位端とを備え、該第2のカテーテルの管腔内部に位置しかつ該第2のカテーテルシャフトの該遠位端開口部から該側方開口部へと延在し、該第2のカテーテルシャフトの該側方開口部を通って外に出てそこから近位に延在し、さらに該ハブ部品の該第2の近位端開口部を通って外に出る、第3のカテーテルシャフトと;
を含んでなる、送達システムであって、該第1のカテーテルシャフト、該第2のカテーテルシャフト及び該第3のカテーテルシャフトが、該第1のカテーテルシャフトの該遠位端にて、実質的に同軸の関係であり;
該ハブ部品の該第1の近位端及び該第2のカテーテルシャフトが、該ハブ部品の該第1の近位端開口部にて、実質的に同軸の関係であり;並びに
該ハブ部品の該第2の近位端及び該第3のカテーテルシャフトが、該ハブ部品の該第2の近位端開口部にて、実質的に同軸の関係である
ことを特徴とする、送達システム。 - フローティングコネクタが前記第3のカテーテルシャフトの前記近位端に位置している、請求項1に記載の送達システム。
- 中隔閉塞デバイスをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の送達システム。
- 前記第2のカテーテルの前記近位端に位置する前記フローティングコネクタが、ルアー型コネクタである、請求項1に記載の送達システム。
- 前記第3のカテーテルの前記近位端に位置する前記フローティングコネクタが、ルアー型コネクタである、請求項2に記載の送達システム。
- 前記ハブ部品が、Y型ハブアセンブリを含む、請求項1に記載の送達システム。
- 前記中隔閉塞デバイスが、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを含む、請求項3に記載の送達システム。
- 前記ポリテトラフルオロエチレンが延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを含む、請求項7に記載の送達システム。
- 前記中隔閉塞デバイスがさらに金属ワイヤを含む、請求項7に記載の送達システム。
- 前記ワイヤがニチノールを含む、請求項9に記載の送達システム。
- 前記中隔閉塞デバイスがさらに金属ワイヤを含む、請求項8に記載の送達システム。
