Description
Claims (10)
- 空気正極膜とセパレータとを積層して円筒形に湾曲されるフィルムと、
前記フィルムの両端を収容する接合体を有し、
前記接合体は、少なくとも一部の形態が変形して前記フィルムの両端を加圧し、前記フィルムに結合される空気亜鉛電池。 - 前記接合体は開口部を有するH字状に形成され、前記開口部に前記フィルムの両端が収容されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気亜鉛電池。
- 前記フィルムと前記接合体との間に介在して封止効果を改善する封止部材をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気亜鉛電池。
- 前記接合体は、前記フィルムにより形成された円筒の内部及び外部にそれぞれ配置された2つの部分を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の空気亜鉛電池。
- 前記フィルムは、膜電極接合体(MEA)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気亜鉛電池。
- 空気正極膜とセパレータとを積層して円筒形に湾曲されるフィルムと、前記フィルムの両端を収容する接合体と、を有する空気亜鉛電池の製造方法において、
(a)前記フィルムの一端を前記接合体に収容させる段階と、
(b)前記接合体の少なくとも一部を変形させて前記接合体と前記フィルムの一端とを結合する段階と、
(c)前記フィルムの他端を前記接合体に収容させる段階と、
(d)前記接合体の少なくとも一部を変形させて前記接合体と前記フィルムの他端とを結合する段階と
を含む空気亜鉛電池の製造方法。 - 前記(a)段階の前に前記フィルムの一端の表面に封止効果を改善するための封止部材を配置する段階をさらに含み、
前記(a)段階は、前記フィルムの一端及び前記封止部材を共に前記接合体に収容させることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の空気亜鉛電池の製造方法。 - 前記(c)段階の前に前記フィルムの他端の表面に封止効果を改善するための封止部材を配置する段階をさらに含み、
前記(c)段階は、前記フィルムの他端及び前記封止部材を共に前記接合体に収容させることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の空気亜鉛電池の製造方法。 - 前記接合体は、前記フィルムにより形成された円筒の内部及び外部にそれぞれ配置された2つの部分を含むことを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の空気亜鉛電池の製造方法。
- 前記(b)段階は、前記(c)段階の後に行われることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の空気亜鉛電池の製造方法。
