Claims (4)
- 衛生管理が要求される作業において使用され、240nmから280nmまでの範囲に属する波長を含む紫外線の照射による殺菌を手に装着したまま行う手袋であって、
液体を透過させず、柔軟性を有し、熱可塑性樹脂又はゴムから作成され、
熱可塑性樹脂又はゴムは、酸化チタン、酸化セリウム、酸化亜鉛、酸化鉄のうちの少なくとも一つを含む紫外線遮蔽物質を有し、
前記手袋が柔軟性を有するように前記紫外線遮蔽物質の配合率は50重量%以下とされ、
前記手袋の膜厚は、紫外線遮蔽物質の前記配合率が用いられ、240nmから280nmまでの範囲に属する波長の紫外線が、殺菌に必要な少なくとも1平方cm当たり25mJで照射された場合に、皮膚を保護するように紫外線の透過の上限を1平方cm当たり250μJとする膜厚であることを特徴とする手袋。 - 紫外線遮蔽物質は熱可塑性樹脂又はゴムに0.1重量%以上50重量%以下の割合で配合され、
紫外線遮蔽物質は、240nmから280nmまでの範囲に属する波長の紫外線を90%以上遮蔽する請求項1に記載の手袋。 - 手袋は、紫外線遮蔽物質が0.1重量%以上50重量%以下の割合で配合された熱可塑性樹脂又はゴムの2枚の薄膜を重ねて、手袋外郭線で熱溶断するともに熱溶着成形されて作成された請求項1又は2に記載の手袋。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の手袋と、240nmから280nmまでの範囲に属する波長の紫外線を照射する紫外線照射装置とにより、
前記手袋が手に装着されたままの状態で前記紫外線照射装置によって240nmから280nmまでの範囲に属する波長を含む紫外線を殺菌に必要な少なくとも1平方cm当たり25mJで照射して前記手袋を殺菌する殺菌方法。
