Description
また、燃料電池へ流入するときのガスの露点と背圧調整弁での設定圧力とを考慮して弁開度を調整するので、体積流量で規定される乾きガスがガス供給源から供給される場合であっても、燃料電池へ流入するガスの流量を正確に把握することができる。そして、この燃料電池への流体の流入流量に基づいて開閉弁の弁開度制御を行うことにより、背圧調整弁の調圧特性がより良くなるように背圧調整弁への流入流量を設定し易くすることができる。

Claims (3)
- 流体を流通させる配管に設けられた被供試体である燃料電池の背圧を制御する装置であって、
弁開度を調整可能に構成される開閉弁と背圧調整弁とが、前記配管における前記燃料電池の下流側に並列に設けられ、
前記開閉弁の制御を行う制御手段を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記燃料電池に導入されるガス流量と前記開閉弁の弁開度とを関連付けるマップを記憶しており、当該マップに基づいて前記開閉弁の制御を行うものであって、
前記ガス流量は、ガス供給源から前記配管を通して供給される乾きガスの体積流量と、加湿された後前記燃料電池へ供給されるガスの露点と、前記背圧調整弁の設定圧力とによって規定されている背圧制御装置。 - 前記背圧調整弁は、ドームロード弁である請求項1に記載の背圧制御装置。
- 前記開閉弁は、前記弁開度と流量とがほぼ線形の特性を有する請求項1又は2に記載の背圧制御装置。
