Description
[1]遠心管と希釈管とを、遠心管と希釈管とが対峙するように遠心分離装置のバケットに装着する工程;
[2]検体を遠心管に添加する工程;
[3]検体希釈液を希釈管に添加する工程;
[4]分注機構により、希釈管中の検体希釈液を、工程[2]で調製された遠心管に添加し、該遠心管中の検体を希釈する工程;
[5]工程[4]で調製した遠心管中の希釈された検体を遠心分離する工程;
[6]工程[5]により遠心管中に生成した沈降した画分又は上澄み液を取り出す工程。
本発明における遠心管は、本発明の遠心分離装置に具備され、検体を保持し、遠心分離に耐えられるものであれば特に制限はない。また、本発明における希釈管は、本発明の遠心分離装置に具備され、検体希釈液を保持し、遠心分離に耐えられるものであれば特に制限はない。
[1]遠心管と希釈管とを、遠心管と希釈管とが対峙するように遠心分離装置のバケットに装着する工程;
[2]検体を遠心管に添加する工程;
[3]検体希釈液を希釈管に添加する工程;
[4]分注機構により、希釈管中の検体希釈液を、工程[2]で調製された遠心管に添加し、該遠心管中の検体を希釈する工程;
[5]工程[4]で調製した遠心管中の希釈された検体を遠心分離する工程;
[6]工程[5]により遠心管中に生成した沈降した画分又は上澄み液を取り出す工程。

Claims (2)
- 所要速度で回転するロータの中心軸を挟んで対峙し、前記ロータの径方向に回転自在に配置された偶数個のバケットと、これらのバケットに収納される、遠心分離に供される検体を保持するための遠心管及び検体希釈液を保持するための希釈管と、上記対峙する一方のバケットには遠心管を装着し、他方のバケットには希釈管を装着して、希釈管中の検体希釈液を吸引し、遠心管中の検体に添加することにより該希釈管中の検体希釈液で、検査目的に対応して検体を任意倍率で希釈することができる分注機構とを有する遠心分離装置。
- 以下の工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の遠心分離装置を用いる測定用サンプルの調製方法。
[1]遠心管と希釈管とを、遠心管と希釈管とが対峙するように遠心分離装置のバケットに装着する工程;
[2]検体を遠心管に添加する工程;
[3]検体希釈液を希釈管に添加する工程;
[4]分注機構により、希釈管中の検体希釈液を、工程[2]で調製された遠心管に添加し、該遠心管中の検体を希釈する工程;
[5]工程[4]で調製した遠心管中の希釈された検体を遠心分離する工程;
[6]工程[5]により遠心管中に生成した沈降した画分又は上澄み液を取り出す工程。
