Description

Claims (9)
- 固定支持(1,2)および回転支持(2,1)を備えた転がり軸受用のシーリング装置であって、
該シーリング装置は、前記軸受およびシーリング・ジョイントの支持(1,2)に付随するように設計された金属フレーム(4)を備え、
該金属フレームは環状座部(4a)を備え、
該環状座部(4a)に堅固に取り付けられているのは、通信アンテナ(7)に接続されたトランスポンダ(6)によって形成される電子識別手段(5)であり、
前記シーリング装置は、前記通信アンテナ(7)が前記環状座部(4a)の反対側に位置するように配置された少なくとも半環状または環状である形状配置を有し、
前記電子識別手段(5)は、前記アンテナ用の電磁気絶縁を提供するために前記通信アンテナ(7)と前記環状座部(4a)の間に介在された絶縁材料層(8,10)によって前記環状座部(4a)に堅固に取り付けられ、
前記電子識別手段(5)は、前記金属フレーム(4)にオーバー・モールドされているエラストマ要素(8)に付随するように構成されている、
シーリング装置。 - 前記電子識別手段(5)は、RFIDタグによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシーリング装置。
- 前記エラストマ要素(8)は前記環状座部(4a)に付随し、
前記絶縁材料層は前記エラストマ要素(8)の層によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシーリング装置。 - 前記シーリング・ジョイントは、前記軸受の別の支持に付随するように設計された第2フレーム(11)をさらに備え、前記金属フレーム(4)と前記第2フレーム(11)はそれらの間に環状室(12)を形成するように配置され、
前記エラストマ要素(8)は前記第2フレーム(11)と摩擦接触していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のシーリング装置。 - 前記フレーム(4,11)に堅固に取り付けられた多極磁気符号器を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のシーリング装置。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のシーリング装置を備える転がり軸受であって、
前記金属フレーム(4)は、前記支持間に形成された軸受空間を横方向にシールするために前記支持(1,2)のうちの1つに付随する転がり軸受。 - 前記トランスポンダ(6)は、軸受の製造、その起源、その特定の特性、摩耗の状態、および、前記軸受の動作状態に関する情報のうちの少なくとも一つを記録および送信するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項6記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記環状座部(4a)は径方向に延び、
前記電子識別手段(5)は、少なくとも1つの支持(1,2)の横方向面の平面に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6または請求項7記載の転がり軸受。 - 多極磁気符号器を一体化した第2シーリング装置をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項6乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の転がり軸受。
