Description
The present invention relates to a soft hose joint for connecting a pipe and a soft hose.
Irrigation work to the field in the open field is performed by piping irrigation materials such as irrigation hoses and joints. By piping the irrigation material, the water supplied from the water source is irrigated throughout the field. The piping method of the irrigation material includes a fixed piping that installs the irrigation material in each field until the cultivation of the crop is completed, and a mobile piping that installs the irrigation material in the field requiring irrigation each time. is there. In the case of mobile piping, a vinyl chloride soft hose is mainly used as the irrigation hose. This is because the soft hose is very soft, so it has good storage properties and is easy to carry. However, since the soft hose is made of a soft material, wrinkles are likely to occur when piping, and there is a problem that water leaks from the gap.
Generally, in order to connect a pipe and a soft hose in piping of irrigation material, a nipple for indirectly connecting the pipe and the soft hose, and a metal hose band that presses the soft hose against the nipple And are used.
For example, as shown in FIG. 20, the
With the configuration described above, the
However, when connecting a tube and a soft hose using a hose band, it is necessary to use a tool such as a screwdriver or a spanner. For this reason, there is a problem that the work becomes complicated and the work efficiency in the field is deteriorated. In addition, the hose band has a problem that the screw part is damaged when the hose band is opened and closed many times and cannot be used.
Therefore, in order to connect the pipe and the soft hose, a soft hose joint that can be manually tightened without using a tool is known. In general, a joint for soft hose for hand tightening includes a nipple and a collar for pressing the soft hose against the nipple. Hereinafter, a conventional joint for soft tightening hoses will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 21 and 22.
First, a one-touch nipple (Sumika Agricultural Materials Co., Ltd.) that presses a soft hose to a nipple only with a collar will be described. FIG. 21A is a side view showing a
The one-touch nipple includes a
As shown in FIG. 21A, the
To connect the one-touch nipple and the soft hose, the
Next, a screw joint (Sumitomo Agricultural Materials Co., Ltd.) that presses the soft hose against the nipple by a ring with a structure in which the collar and the auxiliary member for assisting the pressure hose against the nipple are integrated. explain. 22A is a side view showing a
As shown in FIGS. 22A and 22B, the screw joint includes a
As shown in FIG. 22A, the
The screw joint and the soft hose are connected by passing the
When the pipe and the soft hose are connected using the one-touch nipple, the soft hose can be pressed by the
In the one-touch nipple, water is introduced into the soft hose, and the
Further, since the soft hose is in pressure contact with the
Even when the pipe and the soft hose are connected using a screw joint, if the soft hose has a small diameter, the soft hose can be pressed against the outer peripheral surface of the
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide a soft hose joint that can easily connect a soft hose to a pipe by hand tightening and suppress water leakage. .
In order to solve the above problems, the soft hose joint of the present invention is a soft hose joint for connecting a soft hose and a pipe. One end is connected to the pipe and the other end is inserted into the opening of the soft hose. A support tube having a tapered portion, an auxiliary member screwed into a support tube screwing portion provided on the outer peripheral surface on the tube side of the taper portion in the support tube, and an inner peripheral convex portion on the inner peripheral surface; When the taper portion of the support tube is inserted into the soft hose, the support tube is loosely fitted to the outer periphery of the distal end of the soft hose and is rotatably provided independently of the auxiliary member. It is characterized by comprising a pressing member that moves forward by coming into contact with the inner peripheral convex portion of the auxiliary member in accordance with the screwing to the screwing portion.
With the above configuration, one end of the support tube is connected to the pipe, and the tapered portion at the other end is inserted into the opening of the soft hose. Then, the auxiliary member is screwed into a support tube screwed portion provided on the outer peripheral surface on the tube side with respect to the tapered portion of the support tube, so that the holding member loosely fitted on the outer periphery of the distal end of the soft hose On the other hand, an inner peripheral convex portion provided on the inner peripheral surface of the auxiliary member abuts, and the soft hose is pressed against the tapered portion of the support tube.
In addition, since the pressing member is provided so as to be movable back and forth independently of the auxiliary member, the pressing member does not rotate when the auxiliary member is screwed into the support tube screwing portion of the support tube. Therefore, the friction generated between the soft hose and the pressing member does not affect the screwing of the auxiliary member to the outer peripheral surface of the support tube. As a result, even when the diameter of the soft hose is large, the auxiliary member can be easily screwed into the support tube screw portion of the support tube easily by hand tightening. And since a soft hose can fully be press-contacted with the outer peripheral surface of the said taper part of the said support pipe by the said pressing member, it suppresses that a water leak arises between a soft hose and the said support pipe. be able to.
In the soft hose joint of the present invention, the pressing member and the auxiliary member may be separated from each other.
By the said structure, a soft hose can be previously press-contacted with the outer peripheral surface of the said support pipe with the said pressing member. In this way, by previously pressing the soft hose against the outer peripheral surface of the support tube, it is possible to prevent the auxiliary member from being screwed into the support tube while the soft hose is wrinkled. Therefore, in the said structure, the wrinkle which arises in the opening part of a soft hose can be suppressed, and the water leak from between the said support pipe and a soft hose can be suppressed.
The soft hose joint of the present invention may further include a pulling member for pulling out the pressing member together with the auxiliary member when the auxiliary member is pulled out from the support tube.
With the above configuration, when the auxiliary member is removed from the support tube, the pressing member and the auxiliary member are removed together. Therefore, the pressing member can be easily removed from the support tube.
In the soft hose joint of the present invention, the pressing member has a pressing member screwing portion on an outer peripheral surface on the soft hose side, and the pulling member is located on the soft hose side from the auxiliary member. The member has an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the inner peripheral convex portion, and has an extraction member screwing portion screwed into the pressing member screwing portion on the inner peripheral surface, and the pressing member screwing portion and the The extraction member screwing portion may be reversely wound with respect to the support tube screwing portion.
With the above configuration, the inner side of the auxiliary member is screwed together with the pulling member having an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the inner circumferential convex portion of the auxiliary member on the soft hose side than the auxiliary member. The circumferential convex portion is sandwiched between the pressing member and the punching member. Therefore, when the auxiliary member is removed from the support tube, the pressing member and the auxiliary member can be removed together. Further, by making the extraction member screwing portion provided in the extraction member a spiral in a direction opposite to the support tube screwing portion provided in the support tube, the holding member is rotated along with the rotation of the auxiliary member. Even if the extraction member screwed to the member rotates, the pressing member and the extraction member can be prevented from being detached.
In the soft hose joint according to the present invention, the pull-out member is formed to extend from the end portion of the pressing member to the soft hose side, and hooks to the outer end portion of the auxiliary member on the soft hose side. You may provide the hook part.
With the above configuration, when the auxiliary member is removed from the support tube, the inner peripheral convex portion provided on the inner periphery of the auxiliary member and the hooking portion of the extraction member provided on the end portion of the pressing member, Engage. Therefore, by pulling out the auxiliary member, the pressing member is pulled out together with the auxiliary member. That is, by providing the hook portion at the end of the pressing member, it is not necessary to provide the pulling member as a separate member, and the pressing member can be easily removed from the support tube.
In the soft hose joint of the present invention, the support tube may include at least two convex portions formed along an outer periphery of the support tube in the tapered portion.
With the above configuration, the friction between the soft hose and the tapered portion of the support tube can be increased, and the soft hose is difficult to come off from the support tube. Therefore, when water is introduced into the soft hose, the soft hose can be prevented from being pulled out of the support tube and causing water leakage.
In the soft hose joint of the present invention, the pressing member has a cylindrical shape, and the inner peripheral surface of the pressing member is in contact with the soft hose to press the soft hose against the tapered portion of the support pipe. The contact inner peripheral surface may be divided into a non-contact inner peripheral surface that does not contact the soft hose, and the diameter of the non-contact inner peripheral surface may increase toward the end of the pressing member.
With the above configuration, when the pressing member is removed from the support tube, the inner peripheral surface other than the contact inner peripheral surface of the pressing member and the soft hose do not come into contact with each other. The friction can be reduced, and the pressing member can be easily detached from the support tube.
Further, when the pressing member is attached to the support tube, when the soft hose is pressed against the outer peripheral surface of the support tube in advance by the pressing member, the inner surface of the pressing member is contacted with the non-contact inner periphery. By providing the surface, it is possible to suppress the narrowing of the soft hose other than the portion necessary for the pressure contact. Therefore, wrinkles are unlikely to occur at the opening of the soft hose, and water leakage from between the support tube and the soft hose can be suppressed.
In the soft hose joint of the present invention, the pressing member has a cylindrical shape, and the inner peripheral surface of the pressing member is in contact with the soft hose to press the soft hose against the tapered portion of the support pipe. A first contact inner peripheral surface, the first contact inner peripheral surface has substantially the same inclination as the tapered portion of the support tube, and is provided with one or more convex portions, the diameter of which is You may become so large that it goes to the edge part of the said pressing member.
With the above configuration, since the first contact inner peripheral surface has substantially the same inclination as the tapered portion of the support tube, the soft hose and the tapered portion can be more closely contacted by the pressing member. . In addition, since one or more convex portions are provided on the first contact inner peripheral surface, friction between the soft hose and the first contact inner peripheral surface of the pressing member can be increased, and the soft hose When water is introduced and water pressure is applied, the soft hose is unlikely to come out of the support tube. Therefore, it can suppress that a water leak arises between a soft hose and the said support pipe.
In the soft hose joint of the present invention, the auxiliary member may be provided with a tool hole for turning the auxiliary member with a tool.
With the above configuration, when the auxiliary member is screwed onto the support tube by hand tightening, if the auxiliary member cannot be sufficiently tightened, for example, a tool such as a screwdriver is inserted into the tool hole and the auxiliary member is inserted into the support tube. It can be tightened to the outer peripheral surface of the support tube.
In the soft hose joint according to the present invention, the pressing member may be in contact with the soft hose so as to press the soft hose to the tapered portion of the support pipe closer to the tube than the first contact inner peripheral surface. A contact inner peripheral surface is provided, and the diameter of the second contact inner peripheral surface increases toward the tube side end of the pressing member, and is smaller than the taper of the first contact inner peripheral surface. You may have a taper.
With the above configuration, the inner peripheral surface of the pressing member has a smaller taper on the second contact inner peripheral surface provided on the tube side than the first contact inner peripheral surface. Compared with the case where only the first contact inner peripheral surface is configured, the pressing member moves the soft hose to the outer peripheral surface of the tapered portion by moving the pressing member in the direction of increasing the diameter of the tapered portion. It is possible to press more strongly against.
In the soft hose joint of the present invention, the auxiliary member includes a protruding edge portion that protrudes along the circumference on the inner peripheral surface of the end portion on the soft hose side, and the pull-out member includes the pressing member. A protruding convex portion protruding from the outer peripheral surface of the auxiliary member toward the outer peripheral surface of the auxiliary member from the inner peripheral surface of the protruding edge at the end of the member on the soft hose side; The protruding edge may be provided with an extraction recess through which the extraction protrusion passes.
With the above configuration, when the auxiliary member is removed from the support tube, the protruding edge portion protruding along the circumference on the inner peripheral surface of the end portion on the soft hose side of the auxiliary member, and the pressing member The pressing member can be pulled out of the supporting tube together with the auxiliary member because the pulling protrusion, which is the pulling member provided at the end, is engaged. That is, by providing the removal convex portion at the end of the pressing member, the pressing member can be easily removed from the support tube.
Further, in order to use the removal projection as the removal member, the removal projection needs to be provided closer to the soft hose than the outer end of the auxiliary member on the soft hose side. However, the pressing member is provided on the tube side of the auxiliary member, and the removal convex portion is formed on the protruding edge portion from the outer peripheral surface of the pressing member to the outer peripheral surface direction of the auxiliary member. Since the protrusion is more protruded from the inner peripheral surface, the protrusion for removal is protruded from the outer end of the auxiliary member on the soft hose side than the outer end of the auxiliary member. It must pass through the edge. Therefore, in the present invention, by providing the removal concave portion through which the removal convex portion passes at the protruding edge portion of the auxiliary member, the removal convex portion is arranged on the soft hose side of the auxiliary member. It becomes possible to arrange | position on the soft hose side rather than an outer side edge part.
Further, in the soft hose joint of the present invention, the removal convex portion and the removal concave portion rotate the auxiliary member while engaging the protruding edge portion and the removal convex portion. Further, chamfering may be performed at a position where the removal convex portion and the removal concave portion are in contact with each other.
In order to remove the auxiliary member from the support tube, when the auxiliary member is rotated while engaging the protruding edge and the removal convex portion, with the rotation of the auxiliary member, When the positions of the removal convex portion and the removal concave portion coincide with each other, the removal convex portion and the removal concave portion come into contact with each other. At this time, if there is a corner in the contact position between the removal protrusion and the removal recess, the removal protrusion and the removal recess are caught at the contact position, and the auxiliary member rotates. Is disturbed. Accordingly, by chamfering the contact position between the removal protrusion and the removal recess according to the above configuration of the present invention, the removal protrusion and the removal recess are hooked at the contact position. The auxiliary member can be smoothly rotated.
The soft hose joint according to the present invention is a soft hose joint for connecting a soft hose and a pipe. One end of the joint is connected to the pipe, and the other end is a support pipe made of a tapered portion inserted into the opening of the soft hose. And the support member by screwing with the outer peripheral surface of the support tube and the pressing member that presses the soft hose against the outer peripheral surface of the tapered portion by moving in the direction of increasing the diameter of the tapered portion. An auxiliary member that moves to the tube side of the tube and moves the pressing member in the direction of increasing the diameter of the tapered portion along with the movement, and assists pressure contact with the outer peripheral surface of the tapered portion of the support tube, The pressing member is characterized by being rotatable with respect to the auxiliary member.
With the above configuration, one end of the support tube is joined to the tube, and the tapered portion at the other end is inserted into the opening of the soft hose. And the said pressing member can press-contact the said soft hose with respect to the outer peripheral surface of the said taper part by moving the said pressing member to the expansion direction of the diameter of the said taper part. Furthermore, the auxiliary member is moved to the tube side of the support tube by screwing the auxiliary member with the outer peripheral surface of the support tube. And the said auxiliary member moves the said pressing member to the expansion direction of the diameter of the said taper part, and assists the press-contact of the said pressing member. Thereby, a soft hose can fully be press-contacted with respect to the outer peripheral surface of the taper part of the said support pipe.
Moreover, since the said pressing member is provided rotatably with respect to the said auxiliary member, when the said auxiliary member is screwed together with the outer peripheral surface of the said support pipe, the said pressing member does not rotate. Therefore, the friction generated between the soft hose and the pressing member does not affect the screwing of the auxiliary member to the outer peripheral surface of the support tube. As a result, even when the diameter of the soft hose is large, the auxiliary member can be easily screwed to the outer peripheral surface of the support tube by hand tightening. And since a soft hose can fully be press-contacted with respect to the outer peripheral surface of the said support pipe by the said pressing member, it can suppress that a water leak arises between a soft hose and the said support pipe.
As described above, the joint for a soft hose of the present invention has a support tube having one end connected to a tube and the other end inserted into the opening of the soft hose, and a tube than the taper portion in the support tube. An auxiliary member having an inner peripheral convex portion on the inner peripheral surface and a taper portion of the support tube inserted into the soft hose. The auxiliary member is loosely fitted to the outer periphery of the tip and is provided so as to be rotatable independently of the auxiliary member. The auxiliary member is abutted against the inner peripheral convex portion of the auxiliary member when the auxiliary member is screwed to the support tube screwing portion. It is characterized by comprising a pressing member that moves forward by contact.
With the above configuration, since the pressing member is rotatably provided with respect to the auxiliary member, the pressing member does not rotate when the auxiliary member is screwed to the outer peripheral surface of the support tube. And since the soft hose can be sufficiently brought into pressure contact with the outer peripheral surface of the tapered portion of the support pipe by the pressing member, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of water leakage between the soft hose and the support pipe. Can do. As a result, it is possible to easily connect the soft hose to the pipe by hand tightening and to provide an effect of providing a joint for soft hose that suppresses water leakage.
The embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 19 and FIGS. 23 to 34 as follows.
The soft hose joint of the present invention is one in which one end is connected to a pipe and the other end is pressed against the outer peripheral surface of a support tube inserted into the opening of the soft hose by a pressing member and an auxiliary member. is there.
[First Embodiment]
The structure of the joint for soft hoses which concerns on 1st Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated in detail with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a schematic configuration of a soft hose joint 1 of the present embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 1, the soft hose joint 1 includes a nipple (support pipe) 2, a collar (pressing member) 3, a ring (auxiliary member) 4, and a collar nut (extraction member) 5.
The soft hose joint 1 of the present embodiment is suitably used for connecting a pipe and a soft hose in piping for use in irrigation work at an agricultural production site, drainage work at a civil engineering work site, or the like. In addition, in this embodiment, the pipe joint used for piping, the water pipe for sending water, etc. are used as a pipe | tube.
The
The
In addition, as a material which comprises the
The
The
As shown in FIG. 4, the contact inner
In the present embodiment, the contact inner
In the present embodiment, the step shape means that the bending angle of each step is about 90 degrees, and the sawtooth shape means that the bending angle of each step is an acute angle.
Moreover, the non-contact inner
The
As shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b), the
On the inner peripheral surface of the
In the present embodiment, the
Further, a
The
As shown in FIG. 7A and FIG. 7B, the
The
In the present embodiment, the
Next, a method for connecting a soft hose using the soft hose joint 1 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. FIGS. 8A to 8C are side views showing a soft hose connection method using the soft hose joint.
First, as shown in FIG. 8A, the
Then, the tapered
After confirming that the soft hose is not wrinkled by temporarily fixing with the
By sufficiently screwing the
As described above, in the connection between the tube and the soft hose, by using the soft hose joint 1 of the present embodiment, the soft hose can be connected by hand tightening without causing wrinkles in the connection. .
Next, in the case where the soft hose is pulled out from the soft hose joint 1 of the present embodiment, the difference in the separation state caused by whether or not the
When the
Therefore, when the
Further, when the
Thus, the
As described above, the soft hose joint 1 of the present embodiment has a
With the above configuration, when the
In addition, the joint 1 for soft hoses of this embodiment can be used suitably, for example in the soft hose connected and utilized for piping and joints whose nominal diameter is 40A or more in JIS specification.
[Second Embodiment]
Next, the joint 21 for soft hoses of 2nd Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated. FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing the soft hose joint 21 according to the second embodiment. Moreover, the same code | symbol is attached about the component in the coupling 1 for soft hoses of 1st Embodiment, and the component which has an equivalent function.
As shown in FIG. 11, the soft hose joint 21 includes a
A configuration in which the soft hose joint 21 is different from the soft hose joint 1 of the first embodiment will be described. In the soft hose joint 21, the
The
As shown in FIG. 12, the
Here, a soft hose connection method using the soft hose joint 21 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. FIGS. 13A to 13C are side views showing a soft hose connection method using the soft hose joint 21. In addition, specific description is abbreviate | omitted about the part same as the connection method of the soft hose using the joint 1 for soft hoses of 1st Embodiment.
First, as shown in FIG. 13A, the
And the
Then, after confirming that the soft hose is not wrinkled by the
Then, as shown in FIG. 13 (c), the
Next, a method for separating the soft hose from the soft hose joint 21 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. FIGS. 14A to 14C are side views showing a soft hose separation method using the soft hose joint.
FIG. 14A shows a state in which the
Thus, by providing the
[Third Embodiment]
Next, the soft hose joint 31 according to the third embodiment of the present invention will be described. Moreover, the same code | symbol is attached about the component in the coupling 1 for soft hoses of 1st Embodiment, and the component which has an equivalent function.
First, a configuration in which the soft hose joint 31 is different from the soft hose joint 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. Fig.15 (a) is a side view which shows the
The
In order to examine in which point the soft hose joint 31 is different from the soft hose joint 1 of the first embodiment and the conventional SP nipple and hose band, the soft hose joint is attached and detached using each joint. Comparison was made with respect to the time required, water leakage occurring between the soft hose and the nipple, and the connection state between each joint after the water was supplied and the soft hose.
Hereinafter, the comparison result will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 18 and 19. FIG. 18 shows the attachment / detachment time of the soft hose using the soft hose joint 1 of the first embodiment and the soft hose joint 31 of the third embodiment, and the attachment / detachment time of the soft hose using the conventional SP nipple and hose band. It is a figure for comparing with. FIG. 19 shows the water generated between the soft hose and the nipple of the soft hose joint 1 of the first embodiment and the soft hose joint 31 of the third embodiment and the soft hose using the conventional SP nipple and hose band. It is a figure for comparing the connection condition of each joint after a leak and water supply, and a soft hose.
First, when using a conventional SP nipple (manufactured by Sumika Agricultural Materials Co., Ltd.) and a Jubilee Hose Clip (manufactured by L Robinson & Co.) as a hose band, the soft hose joint 1 of the first embodiment and the soft of the present embodiment The time required to attach and detach the soft hose is compared with the case where the hose joint 31 is used. As the soft hose, a sunny hose having a maximum working pressure of 0.5 MPa and a high sunny hose having a maximum working pressure of 0.7 MPa (Sunny Hose Co., ltd.) Are used. Here, the soft hose joint 1 and the soft hose joint 31 are connected to the soft hose manually. And the connection of the soft hose by the conventional SP nipple and a hose band is performed using tools, such as a driver.
As a result of comparison of the time required for attaching and detaching the soft hose, as shown in FIG. 18, in the soft hose joint 1 and the soft hose joint 31, it takes about 2 minutes to connect the pipe to the sunny hose and the high sunny hose. is doing. Then, it takes about 30 seconds to pull out each hose.
Further, in the case where the SP nipple and the hose band are used, it takes about 3 minutes to connect the pipe to the sunny hose and the high sunny hose. And it takes about 1 minute and 30 seconds to remove and extract each hose.
As described above, the connection time and the removal time of the soft hose when the soft hose joint 1 and the soft hose joint 31 of the present invention are used are shorter than when the conventional SP nipple and the hose band are used. Has been.
Next, in the case where the conventional SP nipple and the hose band are used, and in the case where the soft hose joint 1 of the first embodiment and the soft hose joint 31 of the present embodiment are used, 5 tap water is supplied to the soft hose. Water is supplied for 30 minutes, and the state of water leakage from the soft hose is compared with the connection state of the soft hose after water supply. The water supply pressure is 0.5 MPa for the sunny hose and 0.7 MPa for the high sunny hose.
When the soft hose joint 1 of the first embodiment was used, as shown in FIG. 19, water leakage and hose removal were not observed in the sunny hose and the high sunny hose. However, when the soft hose joint 31 of the third embodiment was used, the sunny hose and the high sunny hose were removed. Moreover, in the case of using the conventional SP nipple and the hose band, when water was supplied using the sunny hose, the hose was not removed but water leakage was observed. And when water was supplied using a high sunny hose, there was no removal of the hose, but a small amount of water leakage was observed.
Thus, when the conventional SP nipple and hose band were used, the time required for attachment and detachment was long, and although the sunny hose and the high sunny hose were not removed, water leakage occurred in both cases. In comparison, the soft hose joint 1 has a shorter time required for attachment and detachment. Even when water is supplied at the maximum operating pressure of the sunny and high sunny hoses, each hose does not come out and does not leak. It was. And although the time required for attachment / detachment of the soft hose joint 31 was shortened, when water was supplied at the maximum operating pressure of the sunny hose and the high sunny hose, each hose was pulled out.
However, if the soft hose joint 31 supplies water at a water pressure lower than the above-described water supply water pressure, the soft hose cannot be removed and no water leakage occurs. That is, the soft hose joint 1 is more preferable than the soft hose joint 31 because it can withstand a high water pressure. In either case, the conventional SP nipple and hose band are used. The detachment time can be shortened from the configuration, and water leakage can be suppressed by hand tightening.
[Fourth Embodiment]
Next, the joint 41 for soft hoses of 4th Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated with reference to FIGS. FIG. 23 is a cross-sectional view showing a schematic configuration of the soft hose joint 41 of the fourth embodiment. As shown in FIG. 23, the soft hose joint 41 according to the fourth embodiment includes a
The configuration of the
As shown in FIGS. 24 and 25, the
Here, in the case where the soft hose is connected using the soft hose joint 1 of the first embodiment and the soft hose joint 41 of the present embodiment, refer to FIGS. To consider. In the following description, since the diameter of the
First, in the case of connecting a soft hose using the soft hose joint 1 of the first embodiment and the soft hose joint 41 of the present embodiment, the steps of inserting the

Next, when connecting a soft hose using the joint 1 for soft hoses, the process after inserting the
Here, in order to compare the performance of the soft hose joint 1 and the soft hose joint 41, the time required for attaching and detaching the soft hose was compared by the method shown in the third embodiment. As the soft hose, a sunny hose having a maximum working pressure of 0.5 MPa and a high sunny hose having a maximum working pressure of 0.7 MPa (Sunny Hose Co., ltd.) Are used. Here, the soft hose joint 1 and the soft hose joint 41 are connected to the soft hose manually.
As a result of the comparison of the time required for attaching and detaching the soft hose, as shown in FIG. 18, in the soft hose joint 1, it takes about 2 minutes to connect the pipe to the sunny hose and the high sunny hose. Then, it takes about 30 seconds to pull out each hose. Since the soft hose joint 1 and the soft hose joint 41 have the same number of constituent members, the time required to attach and detach the soft hose in the soft hose joint 41 is substantially the same.
Furthermore, in order to compare the performances of the soft hose joint 1 and the soft hose joint 41, the soft hose is used in the case where the soft hose joint 1 and the soft hose joint 41 are used by the method shown in the third embodiment. Tap water is supplied 5 times x 30 times, and the state of water leakage from the soft hose and the connection state of the soft hose after water supply are compared. The water supply pressure is 0.5 MPa for the sunny hose and 0.7 MPa for the high sunny hose.
When the soft hose joint 1 was used, as shown in FIG. 19, in the sunny hose and the high sunny hose, water leakage and hose removal were not observed. Further, even when the soft hose joint 41 was used, as in the soft hose joint 1, no water leakage and no hose removal were observed in the sunny hose and the high sunny hose. However, in the soft hose joint 1, “A5” shown in FIG. 28 is slightly displaced (about 1 mm), whereas in the soft hose joint 41, “A4” shown in FIG. There was no displacement at all. That is, the soft hose joint 41 presses the soft hose more strongly against the tapered
Here, a configuration in which the soft hose joint 41 presses the soft hose to the tapered
Therefore, the soft hose joint 41 is stronger than the soft hose joint 1 and can press the soft hose against the tapered
In the soft hose joint 41, as shown by A in FIG. 29, the
From the above, in the soft hose joint 41, the region where the soft hose and the
In order to press the soft hose more strongly with the tapered
[Fifth Embodiment]
Next, a soft hose joint 51 according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. First, the configuration of the soft hose joint 51 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 31 and 32. FIG. 31 is a perspective view showing a schematic configuration of the soft hose joint 51 of the present embodiment. FIG. 32 is a cross-sectional view showing a schematic configuration of the soft hose joint 51.
As shown in FIG. 31, the soft hose joint 51 includes a
Instead of the
The
As shown in FIG. 32, the
The
Here, a soft hose connection method using the soft hose joint 51 of the present embodiment and a method of separating the soft hose from the soft hose joint 51 will be described with reference to FIG. FIGS. 33A to 33E are perspective views showing a method for connecting a soft hose using the soft hose joint 51 and a method for separating the soft hose from the soft hose joint 51. In addition, the soft hose coupling method using the soft hose joint 1 of the first embodiment and the soft hose joint 21 of the second embodiment and the method of separating the soft hose from the soft hose joint 21 described above are the same. Detailed description of the portion is omitted.
First, as shown in FIG. 33A, the
Then, as shown in FIG. 33 (b), the
Then, as shown in FIG. 33 (c), the
When the soft hose is separated from the soft hose joint 51, as shown in FIG. 33 (d), the
As described above, in the soft hose joint 51 of the present embodiment, the
Further, in order to remove the
However, the
Therefore, in the soft hose joint 51 according to the present embodiment, the extraction
In the present embodiment, when the
In addition, as shown in FIG. 33 (d), when the
At this time, if the contact position of the removal
