Description
この試験は、標準的なシンジナ試験を改良したものである。この試験は、本発明により作製されたタンポンの圧力下での横方向の膨張を測定するために用いてもよい。更に、この試験は、試験開始時からの時間に応じてタンポンの幅の測定値を提供する。これらの測定値は、所定の時間間隔における幅から時間0における幅を引いた値を、かかる時間間隔内で経過した総時間で除算することによって、横方向の膨張率を算出するために用いてもよい。

Claims (6)
- プレジットから安定化した製品を製造する方法であって、
プレジットを圧縮型に提供する工程と;
前記圧縮型内で前記プレジットを圧縮して圧縮されたプレジットを形成する工程と;
前記圧縮型から前記圧縮されたプレジットを取り出し、前記圧縮されたプレジットを移動部材によって安定化型に搭載し、よって前記移動部材が搭載位置まで進む工程と;
前記移動部材を型位置まで引き戻す工程と;
安定化した製品を形成するために前記安定化型内で前記圧縮されたプレジットを安定化する工程と、ここで、前記移動部材が、前記圧縮されたプレジットを安定化する工程の少なくとも一部の工程中に、前記型位置に留まり;
前記安定化型から前記安定化した製品を取り出す工程と、を含む方法。 - 前記移動部材が、前記圧縮されたプレジットの近位端と嵌合し、前記移動部材が、前記搭載位置及び前記型位置の両方で前記近位端と嵌合した状態にある、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記移動部材の引き戻し工程中に近位端が膨張し、前記圧縮されたプレジットを安定化する工程中に、前記型位置にある前記移動部材が、前記安定化型の内側に圧縮されたプレジットの近位端を収容する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記圧縮されたプレジットが、近位端及び遠位端を有し、前記移動部材が前記搭載位置又は前記型位置にあるとき、前記圧縮されたプレジットの前記遠位端が、前記安定化型の閉じた前記遠位端を満たす、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記安定化した製品が、タンポンである、請求項1〜4に記載の方法。
- 前記安定化した製品が、ベース領域及び頭部を有し、前記頭部が、前記ベース領域のベース領域膨張の少なくとも85%である頭部膨張を有し、前記製品が、頭部、中間領域、及びベース領域のそれぞれにおいて少なくとも30%放射状に膨張する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製造される安定化した製品。
