Description
燃料協会 「コークス技術年報」1958年、p.38
(1)りん(P)を0.08mass%以上含有する鉄鉱石である高りん鉱石を原料に用いてフェロコークスおよび焼結鉱を製造する際に、前記高りん鉱石を篩い分けして、篩下である小粒径の高りん鉱石をフェロコークス原料とし、篩上である大粒径の高りん鉱石を焼結鉱原料として用いることを特徴とするフェロコークスおよび焼結鉱の製造方法。
(2)篩い分けに用いる篩目が3mm以下であることを特徴とする(1)に記載のフェロコークスおよび焼結鉱の製造方法。
但し、P:通気度(JPU)、A:試料筒ロストル部断面積(cm2)、F:通過風量(dl/min)、H:試料装入高さ(cm)、S:負圧(cmAq)、n:0.6である。
Claims (2)
- りんを0.08mass%以上含有する鉄鉱石である高りん鉱石を原料に用いてフェロコークスおよび焼結鉱を製造する際に、前記高りん鉱石を篩い分けして、篩下である小粒径の高りん鉱石をフェロコークス原料とし、篩上である大粒径の高りん鉱石を焼結鉱原料として用いることを特徴とするフェロコークスおよび焼結鉱の製造方法。
- 篩い分けに用いる篩目が3mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフェロコークスおよび焼結鉱の製造方法。
