Claims (4)
- 酸素計から離間した酸素計測ユニットで測定される患者のSpO2(血液酸素飽和レベル)を当該酸素計により監視することを可能にする酸素計用のアダプタにおいて、
前記酸素計測ユニットからの信号を受信するためのRF受信器への接続部と、
前記酸素計にて、対応するコネクタと番うようにしたコネクタと、
前記酸素計測ユニットから受信した信号を用いて、前記酸素計が使用するための信号に対応する出力を生成する回路モジュールと、
を具え、
前記回路モジュールは、
前記酸素計から出力される光を表す第2の信号を受信するために前記コネクタを経て前記酸素計の発光器回路と通信する入力回路と、
前記コネクタを経て前記酸素計のフォトディテクタ回路と通信する光結合回路と、
前記RF受信器との前記接続部を経て、前記酸素計測ユニットからの信号を受信し、前記酸素計測ユニットから受信した信号を用いて、当該酸素計測ユニットから受信した信号に対応する数値を生成するプロセサと、
前記入力回路からの第2の信号を受信し、受信した信号に基づく第3の信号を前記プロセサに出力する比較器と、
前記入力回路から第2の信号及び前記プロセサから前記数値を受信し、前記第2の信号及び前記数値に応答して、第4の信号を、前記光結合回路を経て、前記酸素計の前記フォトディテクタ回路に出力するデジタル・アナログ変換器と、
を具えるようにした、アダプタ。 - 前記第4の信号は出力電圧とし、かつ、この出力電圧を、前記光結合回路において光ダイオードを駆動するための電流に変換し、前記光ダイオードの出力は、前記酸素計の前記フォトディテクタ回路に供給されるようにした電圧/電流変換器をさらに具えるようにした請求項1記載のアダプタ。
- 前記デジタル・アナログ変換器(DAC)は、前記入力回路から第2の信号、及び前記プロセサから数値を受信して、
Vout及びVinは、それぞれ、DACからの出力電圧及びDACへの入力電圧とし、
Nは、DACにクロックされる数とし、
Mは、28〜224から選択した分解能の数値とした場合に、
式Vout=Vin・(N/M)に基づく出力電圧として第4の信号を出力するようにした請求項1記載のアダプタ。 - 前記入力回路は、前記酸素計の発光回路からの第2の信号を受信するための2重のダイオードを有する負荷抵抗整流回路を具えるようにした請求項1記載のアダプタ。
