Abstract
Description
상기 자성체 코어(3)와 홀소자(2)와 A/D컨버터(4) 및 비교연산부(5) 및 메모리부가 구비된 중앙처리장치(CPU)와 통신부(6)는 케이스(9) 내부에 설치되어 콤팩트형 디지털 전류센서(1)가 구성된다.
통신부(6)에 의해 터미널(7)에 접속되는 컴퓨터(PC) 또는 디지털 외부기기(8) 등의 제어기와 수 십m ~ 수 ㎞의 근거리 통신할 수 있게 구성되므로 종래와 같이 별도의 외장형 중계기가 불필요하며, 또한 상기 외장형 중계기가 위치하는 소정의 설치공간이나 수납공간 등이 불필요하다.

Claims (2)
- 케이스에 코어와 홀소자 및 터미널이 설치된 전류센서를 구성함에 있어서;코어(3)를 통과하는 전선의 자기장을 검출하는 홀소자(2)와,상기 홀소자(2)가 검출한 아날로그형 전류값을 디지털 전류값으로 변환하는 중앙처리장치(CPU)의 A/D컨버터(4)와,상기 중앙처리장치(CPU)의 A/D컨버터(4)에 의해 변환된 디지털 전류값과 미리 설정된 기준 전류값을 비교 연산하는 중앙처리장치(CPU)의 비교연산부(5)와,상기 중앙처리장치(CPU)의 비교연산부(5)에서 비교 연산한 데이터를 저장하는 중앙처리장치(CPU)의 메모리부와,상기 중앙처리장치(CPU)가 비교 연산 처리한 데이터를 디지털 통신데이터로 변환하는 통신부(6)와,상기 통신부(6)의 출력에 접속되는 터미널(7)로 구성하되,상기 홀소자(2)와 A/D컨버터(4) 및 비교연산부(5) 및 메모리부가 구비된 중앙처리장치(CPU)와 통신부(6)는 케이스(9) 내부에 설치하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 디지털 전류센서.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;통신부(6)는, 통신 프로토콜이 포함된 RS-232CㆍRS-485ㆍUSB 인터페이스가 구비된 USB 중 하나임을 특징으로 하는 디지털 전류센서.
