Claims (2)
- 載置シート及び被覆シートと、上記載置シートと被覆シートとの間にそれぞれ離間して配列された複数の下側食品と、上記被覆シート上にそれぞれ離間して配列されてなるとともに整形された複数の上側食品と、上記載置シート,被覆シート及び複数の下側食品並びに上側食品とを一体的に包装してなる包装材と、を備え、
上記被覆シート上に配列された個々の上側食品は、前記載置シート上に配列された個々の下側食品の間に位置してなり、
上記包装材内は、脱気され密閉状態とされてなるとともに、上記下側食品及び上側食品は、加工され全体が整形された花であり、少なくとも上記包装材、又は被覆シートと包装材とは、透明な素材によるフィルムからなることを特徴とする包装食品。 - 載置シート上に整形された複数の下側食品をそれぞれ離間して配列する工程と、上記複数の下側食品を被覆するように被覆シートを載置する工程と、上記被覆シートに、整形された個々の上側食品を上記個々の下側食品の間にそれぞれ離間して配列する工程と、上記載置シート,被覆シート及び複数の上側食品並びに下側食品を、開口が形成された包装材内に一体的に収容する工程と、上記包装材内から空気を脱気する工程と、上記包装材に形成された開口を密閉する工程と、を有してなるとともに、上記下側食品及び上側食品は、加工され全体が整形された花であり、少なくとも上記包装材、又は被覆シートと包装材とは、透明な素材によるフィルムからなることを特徴とする包装食品の製造方法。
