Claims (6)
- ガスが封入された密封容器と、この密封容器内に配置され放電を発生させる陰極部及び開口部を有する陽極部と、前記陽極部と前記陰極部との間に配置され、前記陽極部と前記陰極部との間の放電路を狭窄する放電路制限部とを備え、前記密封容器外に光を出射するガス放電管において、
前記放電路制限部は、前記陽極部の前記開口部より光の出射方向の前方に配置され、前記放電路を狭窄する放電路狭窄用孔を有し、
前記放電路狭窄用孔は、前記光の出射方向から見て前記開口部と重なる位置に配置され、
前記陽極部の前記開口部は、非円形状の穴であることを特徴とするガス放電管。 - 前記陽極部の前記開口部における直交する2つの径のうち、一方の径が他方の径より短くされていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガス放電管。
- 前記陽極部は、前記開口部として長穴、楕円形状の穴、矩形形状の穴のうちの何れかを有していることを特徴とする請求項2記載のガス放電管。
- 前記密封容器の管軸方向と直交する方向に光を出射するサイドオン型のガス放電管であって、
前記陽極部の前記長穴、前記楕円形状の穴、前記矩形形状の穴は、この開口部の前記他方の径である開口長さが前記管軸方向に延びるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載のガス放電管。 - 請求項1〜4項の何れか一項に記載のガス放電管と、
このガス放電管の前記陽極部の前記開口部に向けて可視光を出射する可視光源と、を備えた光源装置。 - 請求項5記載の光源装置を備えた液体クロマトグラフ。
